Caffeine Rush

It was supposed to be a quiet morning but Rena’s heart has other ideas

Rena’s heart is quite sensitive to coffee and can go a bit stumbly. Had a play with the volume just to show how hard her heart skips, even she was caught by surprise!

今までBlender2.79で作業していたけれど、まわりのアドオンがだんだん2.8に対応していくし試しに2.8がどんなものか触ってみたのだが、EEVEEという新しいレンダリングエンジンが早い軽い美しいの三拍子揃っているし、何よりも従来のCyclesだと角度のついた面は三角に割れてしまっていたところをちゃんと四角のままで反映してくれるところはローポリモデラーとしてはこの上なく嬉しい！Blender2.8にますます期待が高まるね

ラフスカルプトを土台にしてそこに手動リトポの要領で面を貼れば効率的に作れるんじゃないかなと踏んだけれど、スカルプトはハードサーフェイス特有の鋭角が潰れやすいし、何より思った以上に作りにくかった。自分なりに考えた結果、素体を作ってそこにローポリの装甲を貼り付ける形で作ってみようかなと。そんな感じ
