Natural hot spring excavation work underway in Hattori Ryokuchi Park, Osaka

April 26, 2024: Lunch at STARBACKS in Hattori Ryokuchi Park, Osaka. Natural hot spring excavation work is in progress here, and it is said to open around the end of next year. It would be very convenient for me to have a hot spring facility here, which I am grateful for.

Cherry blossoms fall within about a week of reaching full bloom, so their beauty is fleeting. This transience evokes the ephemeral nature of life, perhaps making us appreciate cherry blossoms even more.

Practice resumed in 2024 for the first time in 40 years. After about 3 months of kickboxing practice in 2024, I gradually got used to the difference between karate and kickboxing. It's always exciting to learn something new.

Although it is different from a karate punch, the rotation of the upper body axis is the same!!

Middle kick form by former K1 champion “Masato”

My middle kick form is similar to "Masato" and does not rotate the body axis much. I feel moving the center of gravity forward quickly rather than making a large rotation of the body allows for a sharper and stronger kick!!
