Dell stares at you for a moment, you can't be sure if he's even blinking or not with his goggles on. Bug is staring at you with her mouth open, until her skate bumps into something & she flips backwards.

Heh, yeah I don't think that's quite the same as what they mean by "old money," Bug. It's like are you posh rich or are you fun rich? I'd say a racehorse is pretty fun

Hahahaha, she's a little frog is what she is! Trying to catch a fly there? Hehehehe.

When I went to the tailors with Fritz and Ludwig, they seemed to take on this like real stiff posture are mannerisms, and the guy there, Theodore I think his name was, he seemed... Displeased I offered a handshake when I introduced myself. It all seemed very prim and proper. I forget sometimes people are like that, especially Ludwig.

He's not like that most of the time, but I forget he grew up around that. I definitely don't think these kids are going to be like that, and I much prefer them!

*squeezing and snuggling Maria*

Haha, I can imagine doc as a kid, but only as a lil boy. Hard to imagine him starting life as anything else.

*playing with Maria's soft baby hair* You think either of the kiddos will be trans too? Like, either of them might follow like Ludwig? I know it's not something you "follow" but... I don't know.

If either of them were, they'd be in the best family possible. All support, anything they could need-

(I was looking up the updated term for the nose rub kisses, the old phrase being outdated, and apparently some people call it a bunny kiss and I think that's cute. It's also called kunik if you wanna use the original word, but I don't know enough to feel confident using that word. More research must be done!)

Dell chuckles & Maria squeals. She pats your face & smooshes your cheeks, making lots of happy baby noises at the bunny kisses.

"I wonder if doc was ever like that. She probably looks exactly like doc did at her age, but I just can't imagine him as anything other than this tall, stern-faced man."

Haha! Well, the car itself isn't able to heal anyone, but the hope was where it could take someone to would help.

I know medicine and technology are not as advanced in the past, but you have the benefit of time on your side. With enough of that I'm sure you, or doc, could figure it out. (❁´◡`❁)

"We're already making great progress!" Dell chuckles, "Doc's a genius. Crazy, but a genius, just the way I like it. Did you hear about him bringing Sniper back to life? With his sorta knowledge, we've been making lightyears of progress on the mediguns & the dispensers. And his portable respawn machines could get us a Nobel Peace prize!"

*Having reclaimed her ear and was doing a lil dance with Maria, Tala paused*

Uhh... Ummm. I don't know how much I can explain... At least how much I'm allowed to explain... but it was supposed to be a machine to, uhh, help people, or at least buy some more time...

None of it is like official business or anything like that, but I just... I don't want to... I don't want to cause any chaos or hysteria, if that makes sense...

(This is reminding me of when I've babysat before and some of the stuff you just gotta "yes and-" with kids sometimes (≧∇≦)/)

Mod B: I remember babysitting my cousin as an 10-15 year old. Hell years. All the worst parts of having a lil sibling, none of the benefits, & both your parents & your aunt & uncle will get mad at you for the simplest thing to do with the baby. And yet I somehow still want my own??

Dell leads you towards his workshop, where most of the little engies are currently working, "So, why don't ya tell me a lil' more about how you ended up stranding yourself & the car in the middle of the desert?"

*Adjusting Maria to be secure and comfortable* I swear every time I pick one of these kiddos up they've gotten bigger! They're gonna outpace me by the time they're five!

*They take the shirt and turn it around to hold out and take a proper look, sniffling as their eyes read over the 'Pawesome' text.*

*This was the most corniest thing they've seen but it was theirs and that was what mattered. Quickly, they hug it with the shopping bag in their arms, trying not to cry from how touched they felt*

I-I'm gonna go try all of these on, thankyoUSOMUCH-!

*They get to their feet and speed off back to BLU base. They are ABSOLUTELY going to the nearest mirror for this!*

Cricket bleps at them and rolls around in Mick’s pocket. She paws at the cards, as she seems interested in them as food. They look delicious, and they take a nibble out of the Queen card Mick is holding close to them. They purr happily and seem very pleased with themselves. Lil stinker, while Sox is nestled on Scout’s shoulder making lil biscuits in his shirt. She looks like a very happy relaxed cat perched on him

(My faverite thing when writing characters is the little behaviours I give them that stem from something in their background, i love the small things and i did not realize I'd end up thinking of lore for katze 🙏)

It may be a bit big & loose, he was estimating your size when he bought it, but it has a picture of a cat on it wearing sunglasses with the text 'Pawesome' above it.
