Amethyst rolled her eyes at the male, as she leaned her head on her hand, that was propped upon the door. “You’re ridiculous.” She let out a small laugh before turning to the male, leaning against the console. “I can make time go by faster.” She smirked up at him, batting her eyelashes.

He glanced over at her and gave her a small wink. "I'd say you agreed to this, but we both know I dragged you. If i'm gonna suffer, so are you." He laughed a little.  He looked back at the road and hummed a little. "And how can you make time go by faster?"

“Not everyone does.” Elaine pointed out with a chuckle herself. “- what do you do for fun then?” she asked, seemingly curious over the subject. “My weakness is being too trusting and forgiving, but I already know that and I cant change it since I believe in people.” she shrugged while speaking. “- but yeah, I don’t think lying to the people you care about is good. Maybe there’s exceptions when it comes to protecting them from something bad, but otherwise I don’t see anything good coming from it.” 

“I kinda like…a research history for fun. I know- I’m a lowkey nerd. I also..well- have sex for fun. I don’t think you’d be into that part.” He chuckled. “You know, sometimes being too trusting is a little bit too much. Some people you can’t help but not trust. And a little white lie can’t hurt someone. Sometimes it’s better to lie than, to tell the truth, so you don’t hurt someone you care about.”

The girl was wearing a little black dress that only stayed on her shoulders from because of the tiny straps. Her thigh high boots were suede and made her 6 inches taller than she was. The oversized jean jacket was the only thing that made the outfit merely acceptable. She was in a car with Jason, who she had been hooking up with since she got back from her month long vacation, someone new to keep up with her needs. “I’m always one for an adventure.” Her lips curled him a devilish grin. Amethyst had no clue where they were headed and it didn’t intimidate her at all. She felt as if she had seen it all, but she was in for a surprise. “Can I get a hint, though?” She asked, batting her eyelashes. 

He was basically speeding on the highway without a care. A speeding ticket never phased him and this wasn’t even his car. It was a rental. He let out a small little laugh at her words and shook his head. “Nope. You’ll see in like twenty more minutes. We are almost there.” He answered as he finally turned into an exit.

What was the point of living away from home if he was being dragged back to attend something he didn't want to even do? The male was currently on the road back to Albany with a blonde sitting in the passenger side. He didn't tell her where they were going because he knew she wouldn't go. If he was being forced, he was going to be that asshole to drag someone he knew his parents would hate. He glanced over at the blonde and laughed a little bit. "I'm sure when we get there, you're going to never sleep with me ever again."

“Well… not that,” she admitted with a small, nervous chuckle as she looked away, fearing that the color of her cheeks would expose how uncomfortable she got in a second. “I guess I like to do the more… lighter things? I don’t know how else to put it. I like going to the movies, being in nature, drawing, painting, going to music festivals, museums, art galleries… that’s fun for me.” she stated with a small shrug. “Yeah, you have to be careful who you trust with your deepest secrets, but unfortunately for me I’m kind of an open book. I don’t keep any secrets and those I do get revealed pretty quickly because I can’t lie all that well.” 

He let out a small chuckle looking at how red she got in her cheeks, but he decided not to say anything about it. “Music festivals and going to the movies. Those two I can relate to. I don’t just…do that for fun every day.” He admitted at her and then nodded. “Being an open book has its pros and cons. Cons are every know everything about you and know your weakness. Pros, well you don’t ever have to lie to people you care about, I guess.”
