Of course altering the heat at your home will be a lot more straightforward than at work but I'm sure fellow workers will be understanding if it is explained to them.
If you have the opportunity, and it advisable that you do, you should moisturize several times a day. Cheap creams with a fragrance are not recommended. Steer clear of scented, fruity smelling creams because they can be a skin irritant if you're susceptible and choose lotions that provide an acceptable volume of moisture. To help retain the moisture after bathing, remember to rub moisture lotion into your skin.
