I’m currently fasting and I haven’t eaten in about 2 days. My stomach sounds like a lion today and it feels soo good 😌

Words and onomatopoeia can only go so far with belly noises. A stomach asking for food can make the most weirdest, deep, rolling, nasty-sounding growls ever and we can only go "Gurgle growl haha lol". The Belly™ is fluent in its language.

The person standing next to him couldn't tell you what was more impressive: the size of his gut, or how loud the thing was growling. It was apparent that he had missed a meal or two today, given how long he'd been staring at the buffet menus. That's when it started happening. Like a gastrointestinal alarm, a loud, sudden hunger growl leapt from his belly, momentarily followed by a long, low rumble of pure emptiness. Of course, it's hyperbolic: this is someone's 500-pound grandpa, supposedly. He's got a big gut, which means he eats often. That he does, and this is one of the moments where a spoiled stomach like his gets the chance to begin groaning and grumbling as if its life depended on it.

All the man could do was stand in line, sheepish. The strained, white fabric of his shirt was restraining the huge belly, but it wasn't doing much to stop it from quivering with each growl that loudly roared through its digestive system.

At least he was patient!

Thought about a comfy guy trying to prove that he's not THAT big, it's just him having to obey his large belly before it starts creating deep, swampy growling sounds <3
