Clean sheets, a glass of 🍷 and Antiques Roadshow on the tv. All these things make me happy 😃 PS-instead of a duvet I have a pretty Pottery Barn flat sheet over my down comforter. Found the sheet set at Goodwill for $10. Cheap and I get two uses! PSS-my husband made this bed for me 18 years ago ❤️ based off a Pottery Barn bed I saw in the catalog. ❤️ #poppintags #gentlyused #versitile #minimalism

I FINALLY did my winter garden. Yesterday I watered 3 times trying to get the soil saturated. It took me a hour to pull all the weeds and clear the space. Tonight I tilled the dirt and seeds are finally in the dirt. Peas, beans, a ton of garlic, kale and lettuce planted. I also harvested some rhubarb, cut it up and bagged It up for the freezer. Think rhubarb crumble! Showered, ready for bed and a glass of wine in my hand. It’s been a busy day! #organic #garden #wintergarden #oregongardening #oregon #rhubarb

I harvested more of my mint ❤️ this is the second harvest this summer. When they start to get really tall I just trim them back and dry the trimmings. Looks like I’ll have lots of mint tea this Fall ❤️❤️ #mint #harvest #organic

I organized and took inventory of my freezer and pantry’s ✅ also defrosted my garage freezer ✅ used the ice to water my pear trees ✅ We should be able to eat for a few weeks on just what I have right now. Tons of meat, veggies, grains and pasta. We have plenty of fruit trees fully loaded. Let’s not forget all the onion & garlic I pulled from the garden 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Only thing that may be a problem is snack food. I can’t bake right now because we’re in a 90’s heatwave. Thats my next project. I’m thinking cold pasta salads etc. #igotthis #nomoneynoproblem
