it's important to note that I sent her a pic of me in my bridesmaid dress looking all cute and delicate earlier today
gotta show that nonbinary duality~~
I could be normal, or I could send my sister pictures of how big my arms are by pretending to be a fuckboi taking thirst trap pics

What if you met a guy and all your friends liked the guy but you didn't trust the guy and you proved that it had been lying to everyone, and the second the jig was up it spoke its mind, for the very first time in its existence, it expressed its feelings publicly, and it expressed them to and about you specifically. And it said,
"I don't like you"

Here's a wee ask in return for yours! Your question inspired me so here's mine: if your WIP had to shift genre, which genre would your characters/world best fit?
Hey there! I've been meaning to answer this for so long, but I always end up distracted and this is too good of an ask to give a distracted answer!
If I had to switch Shapeshifter from urban fantasy to something else, I think it could go two ways. Either lean fully into the 'fantasy' elements and up the magic and fantastical worldbuilding OR lean into the 'mystery' elements and strip all the magic and fantasy parts.
I kind of like the idea of turning the Shapeshifter characters into a gritty amateur detective novel sans magic - because it already is an amateur detective novel - because not much would change. There's just no magic so everything is a little bit more boring and a little bit more like real life. I'd really miss my witchy coffee shops but it would be the least invasive change and I am lazy when I'm not obsessive.
Turning Shapeshifter into a full fantasy would take more work, but I already have the groundwork for more fantastical versions of all my supernatural and magical elements hanging out in my notes. Shapeshifter used to be more stereotypically urban fantasy before I decided to make it a low-magic setting. Bringing back my 'monstrous' werewolves would be fun. BUT I would also drive myself a little insane turning the setting into a fantasy one, because I am obsessive about worldbuilding and making Shapeshifter an urban fantasy is my way to keep that obsession in check.
#ask games#bonus answer: turn it into a historical urban fantasy setting#which I am now actually doing with some side characters#because I got into the goddamn napoleonic wars AGAIN#I will never escape that little french emperor istg

Therizinosaurus cheloniformis, a giant herbivore dinosaur once thought to be a turtle that lived during the Late Cretaceous. Their almost 3 feet long claws were presumably used for pulling tree branches and other vegitation closer as they are too fragile for fighting.
I made the tail super fluffy because why not hehe. My brother told me the colors remind him of a honey badger XD

Murderbot fandom, I need somebody to draw Ratthi sitting in the shuttle with one of those notes from Murderbot that says "Please do not break the window. The AC is on and he has his favorite media." I can visualize it but I sadly can't draw.
