STOP.
The single word I say to myself to make it all end, all the feelings, all the memories, all the heartaches. The word that makes me live again. It stops the past from flowing out the chest I locked in at the very back of my head. It was over and I am also over it. I control myself now just like how I did back then. The only difference is that, I have gained more knowledge and understanding of the truth, the things that cannot be perceived solely by the eye. I have learned to always look at the bright side but to also be aware of what's behind me. It may be dark as can be behind but without that darkness, I would not be able to define and distinguish what light is.
This time, I do not want to go back. I have learned from my faults. I do not want do to anything with it anymore. And that chest, that specific chest filled with dismays, memories and heartaches, I would let it, from now on, be nothing but a plain container stacked under everything else.

Walk for Life
Yesterday, I practiced. Learning the basics but now in 5-inch heels. Where am I going? I'm headed to one of my dreams secretly. Sshh. The first time they saw me strut my walk, they said it was good but of course not all agree especially some male coaches who taught me. I believe that there's always room for improvement. And yup! So far, I've improved. :)
Walking suddenly made me feel better. I got to set aside the problems and thoughts that bothered me. (Not that walking doesn't make me feel good everyday day but because this now is for a cause.) The organization I joined supports children with cancer by using the profit it gains from benefit shows. Keeping that in mind, I imagine myself perfecting my walk for them, not for myself. It's like I'm lending a part of me to them. A feeling that I love so much-- giving time to others.
Honestly, I think that's what I miss about a previous relationship where I allot time for others. I miss the feeling that I am able to help and support something no matter what. It's a personal drive that never stops me to share whatever I have. But now, there's this. I'll try my best to keep this up. I've always wanted to witness myself achieve a dream and this would be the time. I'm so excited for March 14-16! Gonna be on the runway for real. I really hope it pushes through. (since I still haven't told my parents) Yay, me! @-)
