about 3 months ago, after i was diagnosed with depression and put on medication i broke up with my boyfriend because i didn't want him to have to deal with that & i wasn't ready to talk to anyone about it. i am finally starting to be more accepting of myself and am letting people in more, but he is still ignoring me. He thinks I've changed. I still love him, and I never even told him that. he doesn't reply to me and i just want to explain that it was truly me & not him. how do i do that??? xxx

The best think you can do is maybe call him or ask him if you can meet up with him and tell him exactly how you feel and explain that it was just how you felt at the time. Hope it works out for you xx
