SAF killed herself, which is genuinely sad as hell and I wish she couldve gotten help. But now I am also getting told im directly responsible by her fans, who are namesearching for anyone whose said anything critical of her ever, and saying all crictisism was ableist misogynyst slander. I dont know what to do because a suicide is also horrible. But her rescue also sucked and was harmful.

If it's any consolation, I'm pretty sure most of the anonymous messages are being sent by the same people. Block anyone who is harassing you and move on.

I am also going to be blocking anyone celebrating her death. Regardless of your thoughts on Mikayla this is tragic news, she had a young child who is now motherless. She was not some evil dictator, she was a person. No, I did not want this to happen, I wanted her to get mental help and improve as a person.

I do not feel guilty for my posts. Not only do I doubt she was ever aware of me or my blog in particular, but the majority of what I did was compile facts and reshare her own posts and words, which on average less than a hundred people saw. There are things on this blog I perhaps should not have said, but never once did I reach out to Mikayla directly, or even comment on her posts, and I discouraged others from doing so.

It's devastating that things turned out this way. It does not mean anyone has the right to turn around and start spamming anyone who has ever said anything critical of her with horrible messages. That is worse than what they did.

what ppl defending kids on ipads don’t seem to understand is that there are other ways to keep kids occupied. my mom had a whole bag full of little toys and games for me to play with while waiting in lines at disney world. once your kid is like 7 or 8 they can read a book. they can color. or they can literally just sit there and imagine things. i did that a lot as a kid.
