I just finished reading "Blood Meridian" and I am completely delulu about it. I loved the ending, where the judge went back to hell from where he came from, Glanton went back to his wife and son with his new dog friend, Tobin became a priest and the boy and Toadvine lived a long life together happily in the evening redness in the west <3 *crying*

Their full name is Gioia de Santis

They're a student in a catholic highschool (still picking a name. Something like "Santissimo sangue della Madonna") in north Italy which Belphegor attends to as well! They're actually classmates because Bel was born at the end of the year, while Gioia was born at the beginning of the year! He calls her "quattr'occhi" (four eyes) and is aware she has a crush on him, which amuses and bothers him at the same time.

Whenever Gioia isnt around though, he missess them a lot
