Mentioned in my last post, for the month of December I'm going to be posting a speedpaint once a week instead of every two weeks!!~ I'd thought I'd give back in some way, and this works out well for me~ This is unconventional for me, since it's a colouring page, and each year my family getts photos with Santa. Every year they have a colouring contest with these pictures give to us with no specific artist or name or anything- The category I do always ends up having some really bad line quality, but colouring it is still fun anyway~ I never go crazy on these, and this year I used my trusty gel pens of course~ I seriously love using gel pens in my art, especially for my sketchbook drawings. They're easy to use, simple, and who doesn't love glitter in their art?~

Tried my hand at drawing Invader Zim fanart once again after like a year or so lmao- Wanted to draw the boi Dib in his snazzy new clothes that’s had for years now but oh well-~ Also gave me a chance to use my Spica pens more often~ I have two in the colour sand, and they’re the PERFECT shade for Dib’s skin (now that his official character sheet for the movie has him in a darker skin tone since he IS Hispanic~) and I just had a lot of fun drawing this~

So this is actually something I finished about three months ago and it got thrown onto the back burner for MANY reasons, so I'm uploading it now~ The main reason for this piece is that I draw a lot at my job in my sketchbook, and most of the time my colouring tools are either ballpoint pens, gel pens I bring in, or the highlighters we have at work. I have a bunch of highlighters at home, let's try to make a full piece with it~ Tbh it's not a full piece because I wasn't liking how the art was coming out.I just scribbled in a "background" and called it done. It's meh, but I like Smári,  the character I used so I guess it's okay. This is from two months back, and mainly was at the point of: I wanna draw Bazzite and Obsidian making out because I love them to bits okay??? Their story is on the side of my favourites~ Also this is one of the last things I did a semi-decent background in before getting crazy with uploads that had me stressed and scurrying away to to sketchbook for art because I feel safe with it. I KNOW it's a cheap book and nothing in there "counts", like it's all stuff I WANT to do, pressure's off and limits are out the window. Sketchbook art makes me happy~ And the one I'm currently in has about three pages left in it until I move onto a slightly nicer one I got at Walmart for $2.25 like a year ago oops-

So with no self control what so ever I bought one of those plush Mermicorno key chains from Hot Topic, specifically a blind bag one, and I got a REALLY cute one~ Her name is Pearl (according to the tag) and she hangs on my purse alongside Bob Ross and Moana (mini Funko Pop keychains.) Well at work I got REALLY bored and I knew I wanted to draw her. So I did, and actually ended up colouring it with the highlighters I have at work. Since I draw more at work in my sketchbook now, I use the highlighters, mainly because I think it's fun~ The only thing is that I can't scan it without the art looking like crab, so lower-quality photos are what we're getting for highlighter art~

tbh this was something I had finished back in  early September this is how long it takes me to upload- But the story behind this was that while my mother took the kids school shopping, we ended up in Kohl's for like almost 5-6 HOURS. Of course I wasn't buying clothes so I was bored and one of the dressing rooms had seats to wait. I ended up there for almost an hour, and started sketching this. I had their references on my phone and figured "Purple and Cyan Zircon need to be cute together!!" I only planned on doing the sketch, but things happened later that resulted in us needing to stay in a hotel overnight. My mother went out to the Dollar General down the road from the hotel and got the kids a 12 pack of Crayola pencils so they weren't totally bored, and I had previously went to Michael's to use a coupon and had gotten some pens and stuff, so while sitting in that hotel room I just, coloured this with the very limited supplies I had. Some things aren't perfect, but I still think it's cute~

Since @vikkerz27 has little Florence, which is a child between Trager and Rafaella, we wanted to make it a thing that Deuce and Veronika had a child in the same way! The story goes that Trager created Florence in an Easy Bake Oven in his basement to make his dead ghost wife Rafaella happy. Since he had her body he used his alien science with an Easy Bake Oven to create a biological child for them, which is Florence~ After seeing how happy the three were, Deuce and Veronika were a tad jealous, and Veronika started getting upset since she can't have kids anymore wither (cause she's also dead and a ghost/demon). So Deuce went to Trager and asked to show him how to make a child in the oven. Trager showed him, also had Veronika's body since she died in Trager's home and he was gonna use her organs for experiments but never did, and that's how Ophelia was created~

This one has some explaining to do- It started with my brother showed me this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGATlv2rt3w, and in a group I'm a part of there's an admin named Jam who has this gargoyle OC named Rhas that EVERYONE calls a hot dog, so of course my mind went "Time to shitpost fan art" The colours on the costume and Rhas are backwards cause I fucked up but we're rolling with it!!! How does anyone stand me lmao-
