i was thinking about the moving mouth!! i bet someone on the team has some connection to the online furby fancommunity, because the non-moving mouth was something that bothered a LOT of enthusiasts (including myself) from what i’ve observed

(on top of the obvious point that long furby is a fan creation)

i have this furby boom that i thrifted, and she won’t turn on, but she reacts internally. i can hear things trying to move that go faster when i pet her and such, so i get little clicks and chirps

i’m not sure if there’s any way to help her turn on? i also attached a video what i mean (mostly clicking in this one, but there’s been an array of soft sounds), but you may have to turn up the volume pretty high to hear

I will forever love how, to promote the release of furby baby, there was a giant furby that came out of a furby themed ambulance and gave birth, there was even another parent furby waiting outside
