When boarding your Time Rover vehicle inside Countdown To Extinction (I don’t call it DINOSAUR even now, as the old name was better) in the ‘underground’ service garage area, you can glimpse one of the strangest in-jokes I think anywhere in a Disney park (pictured above.)
Along with fuel lines and various ‘scientific’ equipment, three small pipes in varied colors are labeled with the chemical components of ketchup (top), mustard, and mayonnaise. This was done when McDonald’s sponsored the attraction and nearby Restaurantosauras (a partnership that has not been renewed) - but the condiment pipes still remain.

DAK’s Dinosaur quietly added some new laser effects to both time travel sequences… while the timing’s still a bit rough, this is a major step in the right direction. I hope they’ll continue work on Dinosaur and restore or renovate many of the old effects.

What is the Dino Institute's greatest discovery to date, in your opinion?
The Dino Institute's greatest discovery prior to Dr.Seeker's discovery of a live Iguanodon would be Dino Sue, the most complete skeletal structure of a Tyrannosaurus Rex to date!

It’s exciting and fun and pretty great, but … this ride almost gave me an anxiety attack. So. Never again.
