Arrrrright, it’s been ages since I’ve written a fic. Sooo here’s a EDM Twins AU fic in which the twins experience love, revelations, jealousy, silliness, and their first Molly experience so there’s def a huge NSFW part in which the twins engage in some pretty ‘cesty stuff, and I’ll be setting up some musical note indicators for those who wanna skip it (lol). Now that I think about it, maybe I won’t make this a stand alone… there’s not enough context in the beginning and I can’t decide if I wanna write a prequel or not. Dunno if I’ll be in the mood to write again, since I just sorta threw this together, like seriously, half of this is drunk randomness, some experiences at raves (not counting the cheesy moments).  Oh, if you guys are interested in having some mood music, I put together a playlist that matches some of the scenes that can be found here. Mabel’s Mind Palace - Ch. 9 - FINAL CHAPTER

Hey guys, so the last chapter was well-received, and I have decided to make this one the final chapter. Sorry for those who expected more content on this story, but I feel like where I ended off the last chapter was a pretty good place to stop. This final chapter will be the epilogue to the whole story, basically giving a little recap as to what’s been going on with the Pines twins since discovering their new-found magical abilities. The Pines twins were juniors in college when this story began, and now they’ve finished college and are about to graduate at the top of their class. Of course, they’ve had all that time to practice and master their magic and the Mind Palace, under the careful observations of Grunkle Ford.

I could extend the story, but seeing as the story is based on the Mind Palace technique, there’s really not much else I can expand on.

Thank you guys for sticking with this story, and keep an eye out for future stories. This particular story may be finished, but I’ll definitely keep the MindPalace!AU alive forever, in my heart and in my memory.

To decompress from life and my current long-form projects, I decided to do a Pinecest free-write. Then it turned into a 7,642-word nsfw angsty one shot, so I might as well share it with the world.

Simple premise; adult twins are living together but have been taking blind dates to keep people from being suspicious. Mabel goes on a date with a nice guy, Dipper becomes insecure jealous little shit.

A choice

I'm not too sure why I am writing this but I feel the need to even if no one reads it.

My favorite movie of all time is "The Iron Giant" I adore the lighthearted comedy, the touching moments of innocence, but more than anything I love the theme of the movie in a single quote:

"You are who you choose to be."

My whole life I have been fighting myself I never truly knew who I wanted to be or who I needed to be and the battle consumed my life.

However after many years I eventually rewatched my favorite movie and I actually understood it. For years I had fought to find out who I was and let the people and society around me make the man I was but I wasn't happy. I resented myself, my friends, my family, even my society until I made thought on a single quote long and hard alone at night, in the dozing thoughts of the day, or yes even shower thoughts I remembered that quote

"YOU ARE WHO YOU CHOOSE TO BE."

I made the changes in my life I stopped pretending to be someone I'm not and I made the choices that reflected who I truly want to be and when I feel my mind yearning for conformity or to revert to my old ways I remember I say out loud:

"I am who I choose to be!"

And to anyone else still struggling still being molded by society, bullied into conformity, or lost finding yourself I say I do not know your struggle I can't begin to imagine the pain, suffering, or loss you must have or still feel but even with such heavy shadows above and the echoes of past failures gnawing at your mind know that in spite of all of this you still have a choice and your life is still in your hands and who you will become is up to you because:

YOU ARE WHO YOU CHOOSE TO BE.
