It affects the Ironworks earrings as well, since the models are apparently tied together.  The eyes will still show up if you’re not on a male Midlander--quite a surprise when I was leveling my lady Au Ra, to find two black-and-red dots floating a fulm above her head...

All in all, really lovely work!  Just something to be aware of so people don’t jump out their skin.

Also several of the titles are based not on Latin but on Hebrew and Aramaic, on which Allagan was based.  Notable amongst these is zos, derived from a Hebrew word which means both wisdom (the source of the name Sophia, spelled in parts of the world as Zosia) and light--hence the Emperor’s title being His Radiance.

I just realized that:

There is a Garlean title starting with every letter of the alphabet except for U.

Titles in the heiarchy go in reverse alphabetical order. (The Emperor is zos; non-citizens are aan)

There was no U in the Latin alphabet. (There was no J either, and I think some other letters we have today “shouldn’t” be there, but bear with me.)

The titles and strict social heiarchy are attributed to the Empire, so potentially the Republic didn’t use them.

The Empire is heavily militarized… … …
