Also!! I’ll be getting a new iPad wich means I’ll be able to animate again!! So if you want I am sooooo up to flaking a fully animated final version!!! I already got through the storyboard ig wich is the most tedious part in my opinion, but just drawing your vision and collaborating made it so much easier and more enjoyable!!!

YO I FINISHED DETROIT BECOME HUMANNNN!!! What happened in my play through and my thoughts are below (And more art). So spoilers IG

AHHHHH MY SON, MY BOI, CONNOR!!!

I almost got the best ending except RIGHT AT THE BUS STOP KARA AND ALICE GOT EXECUTED, AND LUTHER DIED IN THE ATTACK OF JERICHO!!

Bro it was so fast! I didn’t know what to do, I was GONNA steal the bus pass, but then it gave me the option to give it back a second time and I thought “okay maybe this is actually a bad idea and this is the games way of saying ‘ArE yOu SuRe???’” So I gave it back but then I IMMEDIATELY GOT KILLED!!! NOOOO!!!

Other than that everyone lived happily ever after but SERIOUSLY WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO IN THAT MOMENT!?!? LIKE WHAT!!

Anyway I loved Connor’s bits the most (obviously) and his relationship with Hank was so precious to me😭

I played each character with a certain goal in mind, like, for Markus all my decisions were for the betterment of androids, like, “protect my people at all costs” mindset. For Kara it was “protect Alice at all costs” mindset (what good that did me in the end). And for Connor it was “FREE MY AUTISTIC BOI FROM THE CLUTCHES OF HIS CREATORS, LET HIM GO AND BE WITH HIS DAD!!”.

Also GOD THIS GAME IS SO WELL MADE!!! AHHHHH!!

This part had me SHOCK!! Luckily everyone lived (except Alice, Kara, and Luther. RIP)

A Reginald rescue mission.

Imagine this, important intel is about to be given or some shit, then you hear a crash from Reginald’s end, struggle, him yelling “PHE- GET- ROX- PRISIM- ROBOT-“ then static. Maybe he yells a code to activate left robot (as he’s still a live after the credits of the third game) anyway, regardless, Reginald is the only person Roxanna let know where she was because their friends, and that info is stored in left robot.

Left robot calls Roxanna, and she is your handler for the mission to save Reginald. Reginald is being interrogated, refusing to give up any information about you despite the pain he’s in. You save him, and it’s a testament of just how much the two care about each other.

I also find that an interesting thing to add to the games, though I don’t think they will add it, is multiple choices, maybe there’s a race against the clock to stop Zoraxis, and you need to chose between saving Reginald, and stopping Zor. You could have a cannon ending, and a bad ending.

Or, No choice and your mission is always to save Reginald even though you’re running out of time to intercept Zor, then no matter what, Zor wins in the next mission because you weren’t fast enough, and the consequences are explored in the next game.

Either way, I think it would be a really cool idea to have a game where Zor wins at the end, and you’re left on a cliffhanger, but that’s beyond my one dream level lol.
