We are a family that either foster, adopt or even purchase all of our pets. Do not message us about us purchasing some of our birds because you will be ignored. This page is a blog about the daily care of these amazing animals. You will see the good, bad, and the ugliness of owning macaws. We do advise anyone interested in getting one of these animals to do your research and to visit a bird rescue before getting a macaw. That will help determine if a macaw is right for you. We do not breed our birds nor do we sell birds. If you message us asking how much we are selling the birds; you will be ignored since none of the animals are up for sale. The birds that are being fostered by us will be up for adoption when the rescue centers decide that they are ready for adoption. When they are ready for adoption, we will post their photo up with a short description of them and a link to their adoption page that has the adoption form on it. When it comes to the fostered birds, everything is handled by the adoption centers (we only take care of them until they find their forever homes) and not through us. We have nothing to do with the process of adopting out the birds. You will be ignored if you message us about getting approved for adopting a bird you want. If you have any questions about our birds (do not message about breeding, selling, or us handling adoption/adopting the birds to you), feel free to send us a message.
