I received a comment on one of my fics recently where they asked me if I wanted to turn it into a comic, because they were an artist and that they loved the whole fic

It's rather funny to me because 1 - I am an artist myself, so if it were to become a comic (which it wouldn't anyway) I could draw it myself, and 2 - The fic isn't finished?? I'm not even at the main plot point yet

Obviously a scam comment but I find it funny how little context these scammers and bots get, because my socials are almost the same handle and I've shown off my art before

sooo i was going through aa6 artbook and

I have the headcanon that Edgeworth has needed glasses since his late teens, but he has just been wearing contacts this whole time, but then something happens that he cannot wear his contacts for one reason for another, so he has to dig out his glasses. Wonderful. He puts them on, drives to work, gets into his office, and goes about his day, and at some point he takes them off for a moment and then he gets a call and spends a good while on the phone, and when he gets off the call he needs to leave for the trial but.

Where are his glasses?

He does not remember where he put them, and now he can't find them because he can't see. And he can't see because he can't find his glasses, and he can't find them because he can't see.

He doesn't have the time to look for them. It's fine, surely he can see enough that he will be able to look at his evidence and get through the trial. It's fine, totally fine.

So he gets to the parking garage without somehow falling down the stairs and breaking his neck and realises that he can't drive without his glasses. Detective Gumshoe is there for some reason, he doesn't have the time to ask, but hey, he is going to the courthouse as well. Of course I can drive you, Mr. Edgeworth, the Detective says.

Edgeworth spends the entire drive fearing for his life.

They get to the trial. Edgeworth gets through it by squinting at his papers and listening to what the witnesses and Wright says. He's getting about half the information than he usually does, but if Wright can get through a trial while having a concussion and amnesia, he can get through this as well.

After the trial he is walking through the courthouse and is suddenly almost tackled by an annoyed Maya Fey, who demands to know why he is ignoring her and Wright. Or at least Edgeworth thinks that this vaguely purple splotch that speaks with the voice of Maya Fey is indeed Maya Fey.

Turns out that Edgeworth had walked past them multiple times and not noticed at all that they had started to trail after him through the courthouse. They ask if he's feeling alright. Wright sounds genuinely concerned. Edgeworth is getting unnecessary feelings about it, which means that he needs to quickly exit the situation.

I'm perfectly fine, Wright, he says, turns around, takes two steps and walks straight into a door.
