[She smiles back, then steps back to give them space]

[A little after Crystal leaves, Mikey comes in and sets Donnie onto the bed, then brings Moon out of the room. A moment later, Alex follows into the room, going up to Donnie and speaking to him in a low voice. Donnie curls in on himself, but nods, and Alex carefully begins setting up his IV again- in the other arm, this time, seeing as the majority of the arm it was previously in is wrapped in new bandages]

You okay, Donnie?

[Alex carefully sets up Donnie's IV, then hands him a bottle of water]

He wrinkles his snout a little, hesitantly taking the water. It takes him a moment to actually open it and take a small sip.

[Crystal comes back with a small smoothie, coming over to Raph and Leon and offering it to Raph]

He looks over at Raph, chirping quietly back. He nods, though his face is all but devoid of emotion. He just seems tired.

He chitters, blinking tiredly as Mikey sets him down and moves away.

[They gently pull Donnie's arm under the water again, rinsing it off quickly before turning off the water. They grab a clean towel and dab his arm dry before getting some bandages and wrapping it neatly]

"Okay, okay. We're done."

He huffs gain, trying not to feel patronized by his little brother coaxing him through getting an injury disinfected. All of the energy he had left seems to simply fade all at once. He chirps, melting further into Mikey's arms. He's exhausted.

He huffs, chirping quietly in response.

[They watch the two fondly for a moment, then pours the disinfectant over the wound]

He takes a deep breath, bracing himself. It stings so bad. He hisses, flinching back into Mikey's embrace. This would be a whole lot easier to deal with if he wasn't on the cusp of passing out.

"Sorry, sorry. Just gotta rinse the bubbles off and wrap it and we're done."

He huffs, his tail twitching irritably. His face sits squished between Mikey's arms and Mikey's face, which is... oddly kind of comforting at the moment.

[They take Donnie's arm gently, running it under warm water]

He flinches slightly as someone grabs his arm again, huffing. His tail swishes.

He hisses slightly as his arm lights on fire again, eyes snapping open as his head whips to the blurry sight of his bloodied arm held under a stream of water. With a small groan and another huff, he sinks a bit further into Mikey's arms and watches through half-lidded eyes as the w- medic carefully cleans the viscous crimson from his arm. His tail continues to swish and occasionally twitch. Everything is still fuzzy and distant, though it's familiarity is almost soothing. Or maybe that's just him not having any energy left to be too anxious about it.

[They wince a little in sympathy seeing the mutilated flesh of the softshell's arm. They let go of his arm for a moment, getting something to disinfect the wound]

"This is going to sting, but we have to clean it. You really can't afford another infection right now."

He huffs, whimpering slightly and turning his face into Mikey's embrace. He grits his teeth. His whole arm feels like it's on fire.

[They quickly and carefully stitch up the artery, then remove the tourniquet carefully. They then do another check over the wounds before sighing]

"Okay. Let's get that cleaned up now that he's not bleeding out."

[They gesture for Mikey to follow them, going to a nearby bathroom]

He tries to focus on breathing and staying awake. The whole world feels distant and fuzzy. He's so tired. His body goes limp in his brother's hold with a small whine as he tries to conserve energy.

He holds Amber close, smiling a little and nuzzling into her.

[Crystal goes over to Mikey and Alex. Alex finishes checking up on Leon's dosages in the IV, turning to Crystal and Raph as they come over. Crystal waves slightly to Mikey]

[Crystal comes back into the medbay with Alex. Alex moves to go check on Leon and Mikey, while Crystal comes over to you and Donnie with a little wave]

{Raph waves Crystal as she comes over, continuing to watch over Donnie without looking directly at him. Amber perks up, looking at Crystal, waving to her before peeping loudly about.}

His breath hitches slightly as he's pulled closer. He lets out a quiet chirp in response to the cooing, trying to focus on breathing. His brain is all foggy- gosh he hates feeling like this- but if he focuses he can recognize the coos as Mikey's voice.

[Alex carefully grabs Donnie's arm, applying a low pressure tourniquet just above his elbow]

Someone grabs his arm and he flinches, hissing weakly. He can still hear Moon a little further away, though, so this is probably hopefully one of the medics? He is bleeding out a bit (part of which is his fault).

[Once the tourniquet is in place, they tend to the main problem- the punctured artery]

He flinches slightly as he's picked up, squeezing his eyes shut with a tiny whimper.

[Alex comes barreling around the corner as soon as Mikey calls for a medic, their eyes wide. They skid to a stop, scanning over the situation]

"We have to stop the bleeding. Keep him still while I apply a tourniquet."

[They direct, rushing up to the turtles and pulling out supplies from their compact medic bag]

He gasps a little as he feels the teeth slide out of his arm. He quickly- or, as quickly as he can manage at the moment- yanks his arm away from Moon's mouth as soon as it's free, whimpering and hissing quietly. He needs to- needs to stop the bleeding. Can't stay awake much... much longer.

[Donnie's arm is shredded and bloody where Moon had been biting down. Both bright and dark red blood drips down his arm and pools on the floor. He looks seconds away from passing out]

He groans, hissing softly at the further jostling. He chirps miserably, sluggishly pulling at his arm again as they stop moving. It hurts. It hurts a lot. Moon's teeth are definitely as sharp as ever.

[The worker stops, brow furrowing a bit in confusion as the sounds of turtles in the vents suddenly just stop]

He weakly whines as he's met with metal on every side, getting slammed against it repeatedly as Moon keeps running around.

[A worker hears something in the vents. He cautiously follows the sound, unable to do much else besides prepare a net gun while they're in the vents]

[They yelp, stumbling back under the weight of two mutant turtles. It takes them a moment to regain their balance and register what is happening]

"Oh that's a lot of blood- I'm going to need backup!"

He hisses and winces as he's dragged around, his body all but limp. Moon's teeth pierce and tear painfully through his skin, shredding the tissues and only adding to the bloody mess of a trail they leave behind. He thinks he heard someone shouting? But then his head slams into a wall or something, and he can't give the energy to thinking about that. It's all he can do to stay awake.

He whines and growls, swiping at Moon. He grits his teeth, clicking in distress as his vision swims and blurs.

He yelps, trying to throw his head back to evade Moon's claws and only managing to expedite the process of passing out. He whines, clawing at the ground as Moon begins dragging him out of the medbay, leaving shallow rivets in the floor.

He chirps desperately for Leo as his vision begins to go dark. He pants, weakly clawing at the floor as Moon picks up speed.

[The blood from Donnie's arm is very much a bright cherry color, as opposed to the normal deep red. It spurts and sputters slightly from where he tore the IV out of his arm and leaves a bright red trail behind where Moon drags him out]

[A worker pokes their head into the hall, brow furrowed, to see what the commotion is]

He gasps, eyes going big. He lets out an odd sound somewhere between distress and excitement, his tail wagging slightly. He hugs her back, gently squeezing and rubbing her shell.

"Dada loves Amber, too..."

He swallows hard, holding her close as his heart swoops and twists in strange ways, trying to decide how he feels about the precious little hatchling telling him she loves him.

[Crystal comes back into the medbay with Alex. Alex moves to go check on Leon and Mikey, while Crystal comes over to you and Donnie with a little wave]
