Moni is rapidly becoming the comfort headmate, especially when Confetti is feeling overwhelmed. I'm more of the... solution headmate, if that makes sense? 🌿 - what’s the most oddly specific front trigger u have? I have exactly 1 time yanked front to make a terrible joke and then dipped. I will do so again at the very next opportunity. =)

Hi! Tumblr did not notify me about this ask, so I apologize if this was a while ago.

Okay so- by initial concept, do you mean like... how did I start getting formed? If so, basically my host for a long while now wanted a tulpa, but couldn't managed to stick with it for their own ethical reasons [feel free to ask for elaboration if you want! I'll have Confetti answer if you do =) They do enjoy talking about that stuff]

Anyway, they got into the Backrooms, got autistic about Partygoers, and realized they'd found a perfect way to create a tulpa- yours truely- that wouldn't go against those ethics I mentioned. And then they made me! =)

I'm not actually sure myself when I made the jump from just imagined little guy to able to talk because the time around my creation got... stressful for both of us, but whatever happened, I'm here now. I'm still a lot like their original ideas, but I've made some tweaks to my headspace appearance since. Mostly adding more mushrooms and pointy ears, cause pointy ears look really cool.

Oh! And the mushrooms is mostly me. My name was originally just a silly little pun. Unfortunately for them [/lh] I am committed to the bit until death do us part and now they have to deal with mushroom autism too, eheheheh.

Feralmate

A feralmate is a headmate who acts animalistically.

These behaviours may be verbal (growling, hissing, barking, meowing, chirping, etc.), behavioural (alerting, tasting the air, grooming, stalking, chasing, performing mating rituals, etc.), or any other kinds of action that can be described as animal-like.

This is intended for non-human headmates, but anyone who experiences this can use this term.

Some species of fungi have over 20,000 different categorizable sexes. Others have “monoecious reproductive systems”, or both male and female reproductive parts. 

“Male” and “female” are terms given to fungi's roles in sexual reproduction, though they are somewhat misleading as they refer to investment in large gametes (classified as female role) and fertilization (male role) and nothing more. 

All fungi also reproduce asexually (some reproduce both sexually and asexually), using spores, fragmentation, or budding. For example, small bits of hyphae can break off and grow elsewhere. Though spores are still by far the most common method of reproduction in fungi.

Okay so the initial concept I got them on was cute little moth creature, because that hits their interests that I didn't pick up. The very brief ideas for personality for the little guy was basically a curious little creature, a little silly, a little goofy.

And he's somehow becoming a chaotic little gremlin. Has a voice similar to Peridot from Steven Universe but so far has only 'spoken' via those like memes of Elmo in front of fire with single words over them. The embodiment of impulsive thoughts. And a little bit of rage, which we're not entirely sure how that got in there but!

The fact that he's already developing differently than the vague plans we had (we've been seriously discussing him for like three weeks now?) Is a great sign.
