Looking at some of my old writing and I just-

So I was playing Monster Camp with my partner, right?

And we were doing voices for all of the characters and just kind of goofing around- we were going for one of the love log endings, but they had pulled for Milo in the initial personality quiz and I had pulled for Joy.

Now, how is this relevant?

At one point- while I did Milo’s voice- I accidentally slipped into a bit of an Australian accent..... And that made the DVD logo hit the corner of the screen in my brain. 

So down a little hole of research I went...... and I’ve come to now headcanon Milo as potentially being of aboriginal Australian origin- if not just from Australia outright.

Aboriginal people are part of one of the world’s oldest civilizations- dating back roughly 75,000 years- and I figured it would make sense for someone who is somewhat of a harbinger of something as old and eternal as death itself to be from such a civilization. Plus, the skeleton-like markings on their face and body reminded me a bit of traditional aboriginal face/body painting- though that’s just me.

I also had the goofy thought initially of the fact that there are so many creatures that could kill/brutally maim you in Australia that it’d make sense that a reaper would be from the country- but again, that’s just me being me.

I’d love to hear further thoughts/input/information on the topic if you have them- both my DMs and asks are open for further discussion!

Hi there, can I request some yan!Aizawa taking care of a reader who is too obsessed with honing their quirk and forgets to take care of themselves? I hope you have a good day/night :)

Yeesh, it's been a while since I've written ANYTHING for this blog-

ANYWAYS! Gonna roll with some headcanons for this one here, since I've got several small ideas instead of a full piece

☆I personally imagine Aizawa as the kind of yandere that wouldn't kidnap their darling, but kinda worms his way into their life instead and cements himself in that way- a little bit of a mix of protective and possessive.

☆With that being said..... You can bet this man would NOT be blinking whenever they're together once he finds out that his darling isn't taking care of themselves- if they can't use their quirk, then they can't train, right?

☆Since he doesn't take care of himself all too much honestly, he'd also make it a sort of compromise, kind of weaponize it a little ('if YOU take care of yourself, I'LL take care of myself' kind of thing, y'know?)

☆He's more than down for taking naps/snuggling with his darling when he does get them to rest; it gives him an opportunity to watch them up close and hold them, which is just what he likes. Physical contact from anyone else? Nah. But from his darling? Absolute heaven, he can't refuse that

☆While they do their training, he will use his quirk on them periodically to get them to stop and take a break for water, snacks, and pain medication if need be (especially if their quirk is something similar to Momo's or Sato's- he'd make them sit down for a while to let it process and actually benefit them, not immediately use it up)

Oki then let's try it personally I'm a very funny and kind, I love being around children and also loves reptiles (especially dinosaurs :3 ) and a bit of a artist, I'm looking forward to see what you come up with this this quirk its a really good idea cuz you can create your own quirks with them and possibly use them for original characters

I love creating quirks and coming up with characters, so this is always super fun :D Anyways, here’s what I’ve come up with for your quirk! I went with the dinosaur bit a little more- I’m a sucker for mutant/transformation quirks!

Quirk Name: Wereraptor

Quirk Type: Hybrid (Transformation/Mutation)

Quirk Explanation: The quirk user has the ability to shift their body into that of a raptor’s- and with this shift, they gain several abilities (increased speed, heightened sense of smell, and incredibly strong bite force with teeth to match being among them). Outside of this transformed state, the quirk user has sharp teeth, patches of scales all over their skin (mostly on the back, upper arms/thighs, and face/chest), sharp nails, and a long tail.

Quirk Drawbacks: Because of the reptilian nature of this quirk, the quirk user has cold blood- and in cooler environments, they become sluggish or may even fall into a hibernation-like state until they’re warmed up again. In addition to this, the quirk user can only communicate via growls and roars when in their raptor form- which can definitely be an issue if they don’t have a translator or someone with another reptilian quirk with them.
