Warming up prepares your body — and mind — for the miles ahead. It reduces injury risk, improves performance, and gets you in the right headspace.
🦵 QUICK 5–10 MINUTE WARM-UP ROUTINE:
2–3 minutes light jogging or brisk walking
Leg swings (front & side)
Walking lunges
High knees or butt kicks
Arm circles & shoulder rolls
Start slow. Warm muscles perform better and recover faster.
