I’ll forever grieve having to let go what we had. And I know I’ll never truly let go, as my past haunts me in the middle of the night.

Part of me hopes it haunts you too. But not the bad kind of haunting. The haunting that brings fond bitterness in its wake. I hope you revel in these memories, if only just a little. What we had was amazing when we had it. I hope you don’t forget that.

Dear my former friends,

I know you won’t see this because you don’t follow me on this account.

It may look like everything is fine and dandy, but the truth is, it isn’t. Of course you don’t see that. But I thought you would fight more. I thought all of you would fight more. Not just you Em, but L and G too, along with Liv. But I stopped being the one to ask you how you are and all of you just stopped. Empty messages that grew cobwebs. You stopped speaking to me until you realized what was happening. Only then did you only ask twice how I was and called. Then it was nothing.

I miss you, of course I miss you. How could I not? But I recognized that I should be the only one fighting for this friendship. All of my friendships.

Of course you’ll always be there. Along with the others. I’ll forever name my future cat based off that one conversation. And I’ll forever stare at what we wrote, keeping my response in my drafts. It breaks my heart.

I’ll see you in the past, walking along the windows and watching quietly as the bitterness mixed with nostalgia.

I’ll keep the parts of you as I keep going. Because a part of you settled in and it won’t leave. So I’ll keep you in my pockets as I walk into my future, getting a glance in the reflections of windows. The memories as wispy as smoke as I let them fall between my fingers

It breaks my heart to have done this. But growing means learning that these friendships shouldn’t be so empty. Not real friendships.

I’ll love you guys forever, but I’m trying to do what’s best for me,

Correction:

The new "fake" site that people are seeing still belongs to FanFiction.net—they just misconfigured their servers and are not redirecting traffic from the bare fanfiction.net to the main site at www.fanfiction.net. There is likely no malicious agent. Didn't mean to scare anyone! Just wanted to let people know the site wasn't deleted!

So if you want to read fanfiction and not see leaves, you have have to type out "www.fanfiction.net".

Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s longtime personal lawyer, announced that he was pleading guilty to eight federal charges on Tuesday — including campaign finance-related counts and tax evasion and bank statement-related charges.

The hearing at federal court in Manhattan was the latest move in a series of developments that began with the revelation early this year that Cohen had set up a company in 2016 to pay hush money to an adult film star who claimed to have had a relationship with Trump more than a decade ago.

The eight counts to which Cohen is pleading guilty include five counts of tax evasion, once count of a false statement to a bank, one unlawful corporate campaign contribution, and one excessive contribution.
