Yesterday, I made the very spontaneous decision to make a tournament for Rusty Quill Gaming NPCs. And here we are.

You can submit your favourite characters here. Leave as much propaganda for them as you can think of!

As with most tournaments, you can submit several characters in a row, but please don't submit the same character multiple times. Chances are they'll get in with very few submissions anyway!
