I’m here for Good Omens, OFMD, Star Trek, Doctor Who and whatever else ends up being my hyper focus at the time. My pronouns are they/she and I’m bi/ace. I will only follow 18+ as I am in my thirties.
So I’m on a trip with my robotics team and there’s only two “girls” (me, an enby, and a cis girl), so we get our own beds in our own room, but the guys are rooming four to a room, but there’s only two beds in each room. Which means that two guys are sleeping on the floor every night.
I’m not joking. They were literally arguing over who’s sleeping on the floor tonight (apparently they plan on rotating).
And I asked them “why don’t you just share a bed?” And they all gave me the same answer:
“No, that’s weird! That’d be gay!”
And I just looked at them and I decided to break the bad news to them
“If lying next to another guy makes you wanna suck dick, you already wanted to suck dick.”
I’ve never seen so many Straight Guys™️ enraged by a single sentence before
Had a dream the Metatron offered Gabriel, Ligur, Hastur and another demon (I forget which) the ability to be angels again if they brought Aziraphale back to heaven but when Aziraphale escaped via a sheep farm in a school (don't ask) the Metatron said they failed and gave them grey wings
I assume your friend is a casual watcher? Which im not trying to sound gate-keepy but it would explain not being able to tell em apart.
It’s obvious to me too, and prob most of tumblrs good omens population lol
just had to explain to a friend how I knew the difference between the different years in good omens, especially between 1827 and 1862.
maybe im just insane (which is highly probable) but its a really clear difference?? apart from just setting and context like backgrounds and stuff just looking at the outfits is so obvious to me?
like I can tell which is which? and some people can't?
listen, if you want to be with someone that has ADHD and doesn’t / can’t take medicine for it, you have to understand that we just forget. Yes, we know you had us write it down and put it somewhere obvious, we still forgot. Yes, you just said it 10 times, we still forgot. Yes, you literally, to our face, seconds before, told us in detail, we turned around and forgot immediately. we forget, everything, immediately, most of the time.
Honestly same. Like I love aspects of this episode. I love Aziraphale showing Crowley magic tricks privately and Crowley with his voices and his impressed look of “right..” or his “Nefertiti fooling fellow” line.
But the zombies specifically lose me.
Love furfur tho
The I'm-surrounded-by-idiots look on Furfur's face while the zombies flail around and tap him on the shoulder and point at Aziraphale and Crowley. The little eye roll and exasperated patience with which he mutters, "Yeah."
This episode was largely a miss for me but at least it gave us Furfur.
