for the last 2+ weeks, the Amazon has been catching fire. Yes, it’s the season where that’s normal but because of the sayings (aka incentive) of our new president, some farmers are taking advantage of that and intentionally setting the trees on fire. Yesterday, because of this, the sky of São Paulo looked like this. AT THREE IN THE AFTERNOON.

Hospitals of the northern states are filling up with people (especially children and seniors) claiming they can’t breathe properly. ALREADY ENDANGERED ANIMALS ARE DYING. THIS IS SERIOUS.

Germany and Norway, huge donators to the Amazon cause will stop sending money because they don’t see results (that can also be credited to our president, who has been tweeting angrily ever since - not because he cares about the environment, btw). That money gives this guy and his team equipment to save little guys like these:

THIS AFFECTS EVERYONE, NOT JUST BRAZILIANS. The Amazon is the largest rainforest in the world, and it’s being destroyed. WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING.

If your country is holding elections, vote for someone who cares about this. Don’t let another Bolsonaro or another Trump have the power to do something and then do nothing. This is going to shape our future — if we have one.

I wanted to ask you for help in something really important. Me and my mom rescued a dog several months ago. He's our precious good boy, Popcorn. But we never took care of a dog before and we didn't know he was going to grow so big! He has lots of energy and has been suffering with anxiety because our backyard is too small for him. He is really aggressive and strong, so we can't walk him. But he's acting like this just because we don't walk him. The only way would be to hire a trainer to help us, but we don't have money for that :/

No one was never able to pick me up since I was 4

I actually have no memories of someone picking me up, only old photos from when I was a toddler.

In any style. From the normal ways you carry a child in one arm, to piggyback and bridal style.

Not even that firearmer style, the one they throw you over their shoulders holding tightly with both arms, known as the most secure and fast way to pick someone up.

The last person that tried to pick me up like this fell instantly and we both got hurt. And he was a pretty strong guy, from muay thai class. I was 13.

Sometimes I feel like some people did it to tease me. There was this skinny girl in elementary school that the taller girls, the boys and even the gym teacher would ALWAYS pick her up, lift her and play with her in the air in front of me like she weighted nothing. It looked like they only did it in front of me. Those were the same people that constantly told me I was too fat, that being fat made me look ugly.

She looked like she was having so so much fun, and I was never able to feel something like that.

Once, in gym class, the teacher did this game where each team had to carry the girls to the other side of the field and the one who had all the girls on the other side without touching the floor first would win. I was literally the only girl in the class that needed three boys to be picked up.

These days a friend of mine was talking to me “so, you know when your dad picks you up and-” no. I don’t know. I have no idea how the fuck it feels.

I just wanted to feel this. I love hugs, I love to sit on my bf and my friends laps, I love being embraced, I’m touch starved, I love feeling protected. I just wanted people to be able to do this to me as well. I just wanted to have grown up like all that other girls.

When I look myself in the mirror, I love my curves, I love my large hips, my fat ass, my large breast, I love my broad shoulders and my thick arms... I just wanted to be light. I wanted to be flexible. To be able to lift my own weight. But without loosing this appearance I took so long to finally appreciate.

So, I had a dream with the OC I wanted to pair with Valerius. As you can see, this handsome big bad boy on the left. And I was so excited to put my ideas into practice that I decided to delay Rhekian’s (OC for Nadia) record a little bit to present my two new, and hopefully last, OCs! 

They are also the two last of the four Dragons, along with Sindriel and Latondel!

I know this sketches aren’t perfect but I made them just to have some sort of base. Also, I’ve been practicing simpler linearts for more cartoonish drawings, so some of the traces are pretty awkward. I just realized that Lyeän right boot looks like it’s the left one :v

I hope you guys like them once I formally introduce you to them, my The Arcana elf OCs are probably my personal favorites of all my OCs <3 (including other fandoms)
