So I did go out to lunch with my coworker and his family. Since I wrote him a recommendation letter for a job he got, he insisted on buying me food. I ordered just a sandwich, declined dessert and an appetizer multiple times. I ate the whole sandwich and I’m trying so hard to be okay with it, but this is the most food I’ve eaten at once in two months. Even though, logically, I know this is just a normal feeling of being full, I haven’t felt full in, again, two months, so I’m so uncomfortable in my own body right now and I’m fighting against the urge to throw up my sandwich. I’m going to end up skipping dinner tonight to “make up” for this, which is such a ridiculous concept, but my brain isn’t going to let me eat again today unless it’s like a single fiber bar. I hate being like this

Tumblr is the reason why I have something I call the cashier test which is, if i told this to a random cashier at the grocery store, would they think you're crazy at best or at worst would they be warranted in leaping over the counter and beating the shit out of you. Karl Marx mpreg is crazy, but not beating the shit out of you crazy. The cashier will probably talk about you to their coworkers and it might even make their day. Telling someone they're complicit in their own oppression by working a minimum wage job at a grocery store makes them warranted in leaping over the counter to beat the shit out of you.

Just got invited to a lunch tomorrow to celebrate my friend’s son’s graduation. It’d be rude to say no, but now I’m panicking at the idea of eating out and not knowing how many calories are in the dish

My cousins got me a Strava pro account for Christmas and I do like it cause I love data, but one thing I hate is this damn “fitness score” it has. Yesterday I ran a half marathon (13.1 miles) and did 45 minutes on a stationary bike (10.5 miles). Sundays are my long run days.

Today, I ran five miles and biked for 40 minutes (about 9 miles). Still impressive shit, but because it’s less than yesterday, my fitness score went down. Like, what kind of sense does that make??? My score went down even though I worked out for almost an hour and a half today???

If I was even slightly more mentally unwell, it would be causing me a lot of distress. Luckily my brain is just barely functioning enough to see it for the ridiculous formulaic bullshit that it is

I can't do much but maybe this will interest someone. This cookbook is by a classically trained autistic chef, made for people with sensory issues. It's sold 1/6th of its initial run because apparently no one wants to have an autistic person interviewed on TV.
