The Hale just eyed him with a less than pleased expression. “What are you going to do, Nerd? Smack me with a bat that I could very easily insert into your --” She cut herself off with a groan of what one could assume was irritance, before her hand smacked into her face like a facepalm. “Forget it.. Yeah, I’d like a ride. If you can manage to do it without appearing to hate on me! I haven’t done anything to make you have this distrust for me. I am not my dad, Stilinski. Don’t blacklist me because of his choices.” Though him mentioning giving her a chance, was relieving. God, he pissed her off. Stirred this fire in her chest that made her want to scream her innocence as loud as she could. But that wouldn’t make anyone see it. She could only prove herself good to him. To everyone..

The silent beeps of the monitors fill the white washed hospital room. The youngest of the bloodline was laying in the uncomfortable hospital bed, with wires and tubes sticking every which direction. Nikita, was unconscious and medically deemed ‘un-save-able’. But Melissa knew better, that surely her hyperactive regenerative abilities should - hopefully - save her. She unconscious, unresponsive at this point. But her reasoning for being here was one of something simple: Family. To keep her family safe, she nearly died. To keep her sister and her father, safe.
