I’m deleting most of my other social medias. I’m keeping this one and Bluesky— a long and short form blogging option, I guess?

Perhaps it’s pure coincidence that I get the most depressed when I am more frequently on social media— correlation does not mean causation, after all. But man, it sure doesn’t help. TikTok and Reddit only ever seem to make me angry at the world, and Instagram is… well, just not very good. Here I mostly get nature pics and poetry, which I enjoy thoroughly, and on Bluesky I mostly get pictures of birds and posts about politics that I sort of understand but also sort of don’t since I’m willingly living under a rock.

I thought perhaps I could use this page to document some things for myself. Why not, right?

Anyway. It’s 1:15 a.m. and I need to work tomorrow. Bye bye for now.
