Army Cheif

 army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa arrived in Saudi Arabia on an official visit, where he met with Saudi Arabia's Chief of General Staff General Fayyaz bin Hamid Al Rawli and Lieutenant General Fahd bin Turki Al Saud.

Lt. Gen. Fahd is the commander of Saudi Arabia's Joint Forces. According to a Pakistan Army spokesman, military relations between the two countries, including military training exchanges, were discussed during the meeting. Earlier, the army chief arrived in Saudi Arabia and was received by Saudi Arabia's Chief of General Staff General Fayyaz bin Hamid al-Rawili. A guard of honor was presented to the army chief at the Saudi Ministry of Defense.

Pakistan's Blue Economy Policy to revitalise shipping sector, save foreign exchange

 ISLAMABAD Prime Minister Imran Khan Saturday congratulated the Ministry of Maritime Affairs for finalizing a new and dynamic Blue Economy Policy aimed at revitalizing the shipping sector.

In a tweet the prime minister said the new policy would help save valuable foreign exchange of Pakistan and create more employment opportunities for country’s seafarers.We will ensure Pakistan fulfills its enormous maritime potential the prime minister resolved.
