Ive been in fandom spaces for a hot minute but new to HH after a few year break from fandom. Crazy how many fans here 1. can’t wrap their head around pairings that aren’t canon or 2. have so much vitriol for what was basically the og HH ship? Its such a tame pairing, too. I cant say Ive ever seen a fanbase this rabid. Im so tired, I just want them to kiss

Put me a little out here by asking this on anon my dear, but I'm only really aware of two; the love on air one and mine. I can't speak too much on either since they're both 18+ servers

Also, idk, the anti movement had been ramping up even as far back as 2019. I won't say that the og shippers didn't receive any harassment because they did. But at the very least it was more easily ignored in part because they were the (loudly) vocal minority. Most people still knew basic fandom etiquette. Then lockdown came, a bunch of normies discovered fandom and started policing it. The fact that so many people were EMBARRASSED by hazbin being on their Spotify wrapped is a testament to idea that they don't belong in fandom spaces. Just enjoy the show and be on your way.

Anyways, yeah, charlastor is still peak, I still love making content for it (even if I'm at a bit of a lull period rn I'm trying) I still love seeing the content others make. I'm so thankful that so many shippers also share cross fandom ships so I'm never without good content (a lot of them have been into fallout so you can only guess what ship they picked lol) and I think that's the beauty of it. Also, let's be real the vast majority of those toxic shippers are fans of one specific ship in particular and it's temu charlastor we all know it.
