now this is my first time requesting sth, so I hope you haven't already done it before, but could you do sam and/or dean hurt, and the other tending to his wounds? (think of like that scene in 4x9) + it can absolutely involve blood (if you're ok with that). ty!!!!!

what sam says about washing his hands is true. however, since he's not using gloves, it's still pretty much a prime example of terrible medical practices. his stitches also suck (this is more my fault than his though)
