okay i wouldn’t say a method as the void is literally within you but i saw this on reddit and attempted it and i felt my body lift up in a way, it was so cool. it’s a visualisation technique as if you are hypnotising yourself. you want to imagine a pendulum with your eyes closed, one hanging in front of your eyes now imagine it swinging, left and right, follow it with your eyes. affirm any affirmation you want as you visualise this swinging you want to be hypnotising your self that you are in just a black emptiness, that’s what your mind is gonna believe cos you are hypnotising yourself and moving your eyes left and right really fast puts your body into REM sleep a lot quicker. its so cool, lemme know if you manage to get in.

Hello, I am writing to you as a 22-year-old girl who managed to enter the void on the night of May 17 and changed her whole life.
I started my void challenge in December 2021. It was very difficult for me both physically and psychologically. Because I had an environment that was abusive and violent. And my conditions were very terrible. I had an exam that I couldn't win for 3 years, an alcoholic father who beat me, and a mother who never let up on it. I have lost a lot of things in my life in 3 years, but I have never given up on emptiness. If there are people who are still struggling with the gap, I hope my success story will be a motivation for you.
One morning when I woke up with failure again, I was feeling extremely unhappy and hopeless. But an incident at home during the day made me say, ‘That's enough, I'm going to fuck everything up tonight and wake up in a void.
When I wasn't feeling very sleepy- or even sleepy at all- I lay down on the bed. Because I'm afraid to fall asleep. In order of;
15 min Holotropic breathwork
20 min Silva method
10 min Alpha State meditation
After lying motionless for about 45 minutes, the brown noise started playing. It is very natural that there is a desire to move, to be overwhelmed,to give up in this part. Please continue for your dreams. When the brown noise was playing, I used a single affirmation.
‘I'm simply deciding that I'm in a void.’
I can't remember how many times I repeated it. After a while, everything became quiet and I felt so peaceful for the first time in my life. I had a 30-page document and I said that everything in there would be manifested.
A day ago, when I had nothing, I now have a house on the Mediterranean coast, a black bmw ix car, a Harvard math degree, an online job where I earn 25 thousand dollars per month by working only 4 hours a day 4 days a week (Dollars are very valuable in the country where I live, and my salary is multiplied by about 30.), I have a beautiful face, body and skin. I also showed that I can ride horses professionally and draw pictures. I confirmed that the apple products, books, cosmetics and skin products in my wishlist are also in my house. I have also declared the person I will meet about 1 year from now and who will become the man of my dreams.
THIS IS AMAZING!!!! I’m so happy that you’re now living your dream life 💗

Pinching your nose trying to breathe :
Close your nostrils with your fingers and try to breathe through with your nose. In a lucid dream, you will be able to breathe with nostrils closed.
Counting fingers :
Look at you fingers, once aware in a dream. If you finger's appears to have a different number then you are lucid dreaming.
Text reading :
Look at a piece of text and then look away. In a dream , the text will become changeable and unreadable most likely.
✩ Mnemonic induction of Lucid dreams ( MILD ) - before falling asleep, repeat a phrase or affirmation to yourself, like " tonight I will lucid dream " and then visualise yourself entering a lucid dream while affirming.

✧ Finger induced lucid dream ( FILD ) technique to lucid dream ( credits to Gorgeouslypink because she introduced it first) :
The finger induced Lucid dream technique is a variation of the wake induced Lucid dream ( WILD ) technique that involves using finger movements to induce a lucid dream.
Set an alarm to wake you up in REM sleep which 4 - 6 Hours after you sleep. This time is the best because of the increased rem sleep, which is the period most dream starts to occur.
When you wake up , go to bed immediately. Keep your entire body relaxed and then start gently tapping or pressing your fingers against each other as if you was playing the piano. The movements need to be subtle gentle. Fingers are recommended are the index and middle finger.
After performing the finger movements, you will start to feel a shift in your awareness. This where you will slip into a lucid dream. Pay attention to your surroundings around you and sensation's you feel that indicates that you may have entered a lucid dream.
Once aware that you are in a lucid dream take a moment to stabilize by engaging in all your senses. Do a reality to see if you are in a lucid dream.

The Setup:
1. Go to sleep. Its that simple.. No hypnosis or visualization required.
2. To perform this technique, you have to be extremely close to falling asleep. The best time is either in the middle of the night, or in the morning. However, using this technique in the morning can often cause shorter LDs.
3. If you want to try FILD during the night, you have to find some way to wake up. There are various methods.. Find one that works for you.
4. Once you wake up, the first thing that should be on your mind is the FILD technique. Immediately relax, and try to go back to sleep how you normally would. The goal here is to get to the point just before you fall back to sleep. Once you've reached this point, begin the FILD technique. If you fall back to sleep, dont worry... you can try again when you wake up.
The Technique:
1. Imagine for a second that you are playing a piano using your index and middle finger with one hand. Your fingers are side by side on two keys. Now, press your right finger down, leaving your left finger up. Next, press your left finger down, and lift your right finger back up. Repeat this up and down motion.
2. So you have the motion down? Try this: Imagine you are playing the piano again (using the same motion), but this time, press the keys so lightly that they don't go down. Give it a try on your computer keyboard - you should basically feel your muscles contract, but your fingers should hardly move.
3. You are almost there. All you have to do is use this finger movement when you wake up. Once you reach step 4 on the setup process, start moving your fingers. Focus on the movement. By directing your focus, you will fall asleep within seconds. Do not count your finger movements or talk to yourself in your head. Also, do not try to make yourself go to sleep.. that will only wake you up.
4. Once about 10 to 20 seconds have passed, take your other hand, and perform a nose RC. Simply pinch your nose and try to breath in. If you can, you are dreaming.
5. If you find that the RC doesn't work, don't worry.. you can try again. Just go to sleep normally, and try again when you wake up.
✧ Wake back to bed ( WBTB ) technique :
Set an alarm for a few hours before you normally get up because you'll most probably be in Rem sleep. When the alarm goes off stay awake for a short period of time, it can be anywhere too 10- 30 minutes and you can do anything during this time period. Then go back to bed with the intention of lucid dreaming. Focus on your intention to lucid dream and becoming aware within a Dream.
✧ SSILD (Senses Initiated Lucid dreaming)
The ssild method is a extremely effective dreaming technique that focuses on your senses ( sight , sounds , and touch) to induce a lucid dream.
Go to bed and set you alarm to wake you up in REM sleep which 90 minutes - 6 hours ahead. When you wake up, remain still , this will help facilitate the body to rest as if it's going back to sleep. Begin by closing your eyes, and start focusing on the darkness behind your eyes. Try to observe the imagery behind your eyes, don't strain , but gently observe. Afterwards shift your attention , focusing on what you can hear for 30 seconds - 60 seconds and pay attention to any sensory movements around you. Finally shift your attention to the feeling of touch, try to feel what's on your body like the weight of your blankets for about 20 - 40 seconds. Perform this in 2-4 cycles. Once you have done this, relax and do a reality check or go back to bed , you'll end up with a lucid dream.

✩ Visualization :
Once you realise you are in a Lucid dream, start to visualise the portal you want to create. Start to imagine/see it's appearance and where it will lead you. Try see it forming where you are in front of you and you can use it to enter the void state, by saying this portal will take me instantly to the void state.
✩ Intention setting to make a portal in a lucid dream :
Set a intention in your mind by repeating to your subconscious that you will wake up in a lucid dream and find a portal that will lead to your desired place. Repeat an statement like , " Tonight I will wake up in a lucid dream and find a portal to enter ( insert desired place)".
✩ Dream control technique :
Once you aware that you are dreaming, you can a dream control technique to make a portal. When you become aware in a dream try summoning a guide or dream character to create your portal.
Dream characters
What are dream characters?
Dream characters are the individuals that you encounter once you are dreaming. Dream characters can take on any form of being including people, animals and fictional characters.
How to interact with dream characters to help you enter the void :
Summoning - once you become aware that you are dreaming, you can instantly summon a dream character by expecting and intending for them to appear. You can imagine what character you want to meet and then you can summon them to appear in front of you.
Portals and doorways - you can use doorways or portals to take you straight to your dream character. You can visualize a portal leading to where your dream character resides. You can imagine saying " this portal will take me to my dream character".
How to use dream characters to enter the void state :
Once meeting a dream character start to engage in a conversation with them. Ask them to take you straight to the void state. It's simple like that and they will take you Instantly to the void state.

Lucid dreaming is one of the most extravagant things I’ve ever come across. It gave me the opportunity to look forward to every night of sleep.
Here’s the trick: set an alarm before you’re 3rd or 4th REM cycle: This usually around 3:30 and 5:30 AM if you fall asleep between 11-12.
Set a quiet alarm that is calm enough to barely wake you up so you’ll still be tired. Once you wake up and turn the alarm off, try to remain conscious but move your body as little as you can. This will trick your body to go back in to sleep mode. Eventually you’ll be like “hey wait a second, this is a dream” and that’s when it’s time to fly, drive a race car, smooch a model....whatever you want!
However I find myself to be limited by whatever “situation” I end up in. I usually can’t control where my dreams “location” or “setting” is but I am always in control on my body and I can fly, do the Kamehameha, or have super strength.

So i've been Lucid dreaming all my life and a friend asked me how i did it. At first it was just me realizing i was dreaming, but then i started using the WILD technique when i found out what lucid dreaming was (i used to think it was normal and just something that happened to everyone in their dreams). I started using my own methods to reach sleep paralysis faster. This method takes about 6-7 minutes. You start off at night before you go to sleep, you have to be at least a bit drowsy. You lay down with your body facing straight and try to have everything symmetrical (left leg in the exact opposite spot as your right ect.) and your palms are facing down. This might be uncomfortable at first, but that's a good thing. So in this method you focus on each limb one by one, causing them to fall asleep. I always start off with my left leg. You can just focus on it (eyes closed obviously) and you'll get the urge to move, DONT MOVE. Do this for 60 seconds, do your right leg, then left arm, right arm, then Depending on how alseep your body is you go to your head. You'll eventually get the feeling that you're just floating and you might feel like you're rotating then you can do your exit technique. The one i use is i just picture myself in a dream or picture my self at school and just go from there. Goodluck! Post your results! This has a good 1st try success rate!

" I just wanted to share a lucid dream technique that was given to me in a dream around 10 years ago. I cannot explain but this technique works everytime I do it.
You can do it just before sleep or after sleeping 4-6 hours. You will probably have way more success doing it after 4-6h. Or in a day before a nap.
**TECHNIQUE:** Just do a square breathing technique. But you have to visualize the lines forming in your mind. For example you choose 4 seconds for every line. You inhale and at the same time you see a formation of a line (you can count but with time you will just do it without counting), then you hold for 4 seconds, then you exhale and see a formation of another line, again you continue with another line until it forms a square. Repeat again and again. You will fall asleep very quikly with this technique. So there is a line formation for every inhale and exhale but there is a pause when you hold. PS: the duration of the line and the hold need to be the same duration.
Once you have LDs please seek the understanding of the nature of reality and try to understand how you form events. Having fun is great but in dreams you can grow in an inimaginable way. Once you understand how you mind forms in your dreams you will understand how you form events in this life. <3
EDIT: I forgot to mention how you become aware in a dream with this technique. So basically this makes your dreams very very weird and vivid! It makes it so weird that you just know "aha this is a dream". **(I guess it just enhances the awareness in a concentrated way**) But I suggest you practice reality checks, it is always useful. Often, when you fail with this technique is when you was too lazy to question the dream. But even when you fail you have crazy vivid dreams. "

I start counting,from 1 to whatever and every 5 numbers i become self-aware of the fact that i am counting , this lasts for 5 seconds at max,a quick random mindfulness and than i start counting again and repeat.You will eventually fall asleep and become lucid or you will become aware when you enter the dream, either directly(without losing awareness once ) or indirectly(losing awareness and regaining it again).
For me it takes counting up to 300.The point here is to let go of your consciousness so you may fall asleep and regain it again every 5(,10,20 you set the rule)numbers.It is easier than you think.If you tell yourself that you will become self-aware every 5 numbers than you will become aware.Its the ability of the brain to remember to do something once the condition is met.You can practice it in a form of meditation and see it for yourself that you will become aware once 5 numbers have passed.
What is important is increasing your consciousness every 5 numbers.I for example stare at the black space with my eyes closed , you may try mindfulness or other practices.
I have very low focus and a very overactive mind so i cant stay conscious all the time so letting consciousness go and reagining it is what did the trick for me.
Tips :
Tip 1 : Now as someone else mentioned ,you should adjust the number as you see fit.If you go for 5 numbers you will have a lot more awareness but you might find it hard to fall asleep.If you go for 50 numbers you will likely lose awareness but it will help you fall asleep xD.So find the perfect balance.
ORRR since you are more likely to fall asleep in the bigger numbers you can do something like this :
From 0 to 200 regain your awareness every 50 numbers,from 200-400 every 20 numbers,from 400-500 every 10 or 5 numbers.
Tip 2: How to increase awareness : As i said you could become mindful/aware of your sorroundings/noise/breath/thought even.You need enough awareness to realise what is going on at the moment,are you counting?thinking? Etc
Tip 3 : When you count try to do it in a relaxed /gentle way because it will help you relax and fall asleep.So a number can take about 1-2 sec.Or Imagine an angelic voice counting for you :).Also count in your own language,its much easier for the brain that way.
Tip 4 : Well by counting you also reduce thoughts since a number is a thought in some way and personaly i cant have 2 thoughts at the same time.
Tip 5 : if you cant fall asleep
If you have been counting for about 30 minutes without moving a muscle and cant sleep,than i suggest you begin and visualise the dream world,imagine a scenario or recall your last dream and engage your senses one by one.Just do your best as gently as u can.Its very likely that you will not fall asleep until your brain has a dream ready.
Tip 6 : Personaly it works best on naps

Thinking to try it when I’m going abroad
Easy Method to Enter the Void (No Meditations, LOA, Subliminals, etc)
This post was supposed to be shared weeks ago but I totally forgot about it so please enjoy it now. I am on break still however.

I consciously reached the void within 6 minutes of falling asleep (new record) easily via the Bob Monroe couch/recliner method I posted here before. I did it after no more than 3.5 hrs of WBTB. Unsurprisingly, this person also has the same experience of chilling in the void after WBTB and sleeping in a recliner. You can anywhere and do anything once you're in the void. I strongly recommend using this method.
A beanbag also seems to work as it molds itself to your position. If using a couch/recliner, it should ideally be at a 120-130 degree angle.
You need a pillow on your neck and back so your field of vision is forwards like waking life and not sideways or downwards like dream life. It's also worth noting Tibetan Buddhist monks (creators of dream yoga which is known as lucid dreaming in the mainstream) also slept sitting upright.
IME, I was snapped out of it because of external stimuli of which I suspect was cars I heard outside my usual reality. This is something I failed take into account because while sleeping while sitting upright with your eyes positioned forward does prevent key parts of the mind like the prefrontal complex from shutting down during physical sleep, you can get woken up by outside noise due to an awake conscious mind. This can be remedied easily with noise cancelling headphones or earplugs or maybe even sleeping pills. Haven't tried this with binaural beats and don't care enough to.
I also didn't experience sleep paralysis before reaching the void. Your experience may vary. Due to you basically forcing your body in a sort of in between, half awake, half sleep state, you may have an intense conscious sleep paralysis episode involving falling sensations, entity communication and etc. There's also a real chance of you falling asleep only to "wake up" by stepping out your recliner only to turn around and literally see your body sleeping. If you freak out, your astral body might get sucked back into your physical body and you'd be woken up.
This method is a free and easy way to induce an altered state of consciousness but by now you should really be aware of what can come with you hovering on the line between a waking state and a sleep state.

Theta State Meditation For Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind🧠

Helloo Babies!!💗
As i said ....i wanted to share another method for Reprogramming your subconscious mind.
Let's just not waste time and dive into the meditation.
Follow the mentioned steps:
Put on theta waves .... it's optional but it helps me a lot.
Sit down comfortably. Give your back some support or else it's gonna hurt! You can sit straight on a chair too.
Now take 10 deep breaths while relaxing your body.
Imagine a bright white light in the centre of your chest. Imagine it going into your stomach then your pelvis...your thighs....your legs...your feet and then imagine that white ball going inside the earth. As that ball of light move it grows in size. Let it go deeper and deeper until you feel satisfied. Then visualise a rock deep inside the earth and attach that bright light with that rock. Start moving upwards again to your body.
Now move upwards... towards your chest your throat your jaw your face your crown. Then get that ball of light out of your body and stay there and observe your surroundings. Bring that ball about 3 feet above your head and then move above with a pop sound in the space. Across the planets, the sun, the solar system, the galaxy, the universe and as you move out of the universe you see a huge bright blue ball of light. You enter the centre of the blue ball.
Welcome to the theta state!! Now here you can affirm, visualise, vaunt ...do anything you want it's gonna go straight to you sub mind.
Now to come back either intend to come back and count backwards 5-1. Or bring that white ball of light back into your body.

I think y'all are very lucky to have discovered the void state and the law of attraction,but your desperation is taking you nowhere,now I know some of y'all will skip this part because y'all too lazy to read things like this.
You got into the void state ? Great! But wanting to look exactly like your desired face is extremely stupid,or manifesting someone to look exactly like someone is really dumb.
Bro why tf would you want that?do you know how many ppl on TikTok try to look like their fav celebrities? Not fully but a little bit and that was enough to make the celebs mad! I'm not saying you shouldn't change your look but looking exactly like someone is just pure foolishness it shows you're not proud of who your mama gave birth to.
If you chose me as your desired face and I suddenly find someone who looks exactly like me in my reality I would enter the void state and change your face for you and I'm not joking cus that's how mad I'd be fr.
I've entered the void state and unlike others claim,you don't shift! Your realities remain the same even after coming out of the void state,you don't shift or change realities unless you say you want to,but even if you do shift,which is something I don't like,you remain the same in the old reality,if you were poor,you're still poor in that reality but you shifted to another reality in which you were rich,your old reality never changes,unless you want it to.
So many bloggers are living their dream lives right now and they've advised you so many times to be persistent but you all are too lazy to do that,I'm not saying you can't get into the void state instantly bcus you can,and some of y'all complain on how long you've tried but nothing happens,like do you know how many people who doesn't know anything about the law or the void?
Another thing is y'all are desperate for methods,looking for methods here and there like your life depends on it,if you believe the void is you and you haven't yet entered into it then you don't believe it at all,because the void is not some magical place which grants your wishes,it's a deep meditative state,how many times do I have to say this!!!!
Another thing,stop telling bloggers to manifest in the void for you,you think your life is hard? I've entered the void and I have a villa,my desired wardrobe,desired family,desired face and I didn't shift realities,I'm still in the same reality because I choose not to shift,so no you're not shifting realities if you enter the void state.
Idk how bloggers cope with y'all all the time but I certainly wouldn't just watch as you waste your lives like this,you need to change hun change.

What I manifested in the void state later yesterday:
_i have a magical book that grants my wishes instantly,so I don't need the void state.
_i have the ability to tell if someone is evil just by looking at them.
_i have 1 million followers on TikTok and Instagram.
_i have an elder brother and a twin brother.
_im now 18 years revised my age.
_i have my own car.
_ I speak 5 different languages
_i go to a school where there's this handsome guy who bullys me,classic watpad story.
_i met new jeans members today for free,like they literally kept me company throughout we talked like friends. i would've shown proof and pics but I'm not stupid,y'all gon be finding reasons for why my pics are fake like you did to some bloggers,see this is why most bloggers don't show proofs,to y'all doing this,get a life and you suck because we're living our dream lives and you aren't.
You may wonder why those who entered the void haven't chosen to get a Bugatti or be the richest in the world or something more.
Idk but as for me I want a simple life and besides my wealth could put me in danger or I could be murdered for my beauty.

The void state is your natural state of awareness. you achieve it the moment you leave the physical
plane, your physical body, your physical reality.
it doesn't mean that your body is empty, it is exactly the same process as shifting with the difference that
you don't change your physical environment but
completely leave it. that includes that no doubts,
no limited beliefs, no circumstances in general, exist
there for you because they are not natural. it is just
you, the little awareness, as pure power and peace.
01 | the void state is meditation/half awake half asleep
you may already noticed, no, that's completely wrong.
the void got nothing at all to do with meditation or such
things. you don't have to meditate, you are not in a
meditative state nor are you asleep. it is not a physical
state like sats or the other things you got here, it is
literally the completely opposite. it is something ultimate
in the multiverse what everyone can do because it is not
bound to any 3d. obviously, i mean you leave it.
02 | you can get kicked out
no, who should do that? it is literally only you in the
void, nobody else and nothing from the 3d can effect
you. at all. once you are fully in the void, nothing can
get you out besides your own intention. but what can
happen, especially for beginner's, is that while entering
the state you accidentally come back to the 3d. that's
okay, don't worry about it.
03 | you have to affirm in the void
also wrong. you are in the void, you are pure power,
you are literally limitless and everything has no other
choice than obey you. one single thought and you have
whatever you want instantly, you don't have to affirm
for it. if you want to shift while being in the void, you
are immediately in your dr. because that's how the void
works. if you didn't shift, you weren't in the void, very
simple. you can manifest absolutely everything from
there, no matter how big or small, and it is part of
your reality in the exact same moment.
04 | it is the same as the god state
no, not from your definition. but wait, are there
multiple? yes, there are and many get them mixed up.
the most common here is the god state, the state of
mind (mindset) where you are limitless while being
on the 3d. everyone got my point now i think. it is not
bound to the void but the void to it. for very obvious
reasons. the god state (mindset) is not a specific way
to think but your only natural one. that's how your
mind is supposed to be. but of course it's hard in our
circumstances. the second definition is just another
term for the void so it's completely right to call it that!
05 | you always enter it while doing a method
i don't know who started this but it is very, very
wrong and not even nearly true or anything like that.
first of all, while you shift you never leave the physical
plane you just change your physical environment. and
second, i would really wish for you guys that it's true,
but it's just a lie. as you can see when you enter the
void, every single shifting attempt is immediately 100%
successful. and i don't think that's the reason you
all are here, isn't it? so i can tell you, you do NOT
just enter it while doing a method!!! maybe you guys
get into the half awake - half asleep state but as
we know, nothing like the void.
06 | the dizziness is the void
this misinformation is still from the "the void is
meditation" phase. you are not dizzy in the void. you
are completely aware with a clear, peaceful mind. but
before you enter the void, when you get ready to leave
the physical plane, you can feel a lot. like floating,
spinning, falling, dizziness, confrusion all at once.
that's okay and normal but not the void. in the actual
void state you feel nothing.
07 | the theta state is the void state
just a simple reminder, the theta state is caused by
theta waves that your brain adapts. so it's a physical
state caused by physical circumstances. i don't say you
can not enter the void through the theta state but it
is definitely not the same! theta state = on physical
plane, void state = leaving it
08 | entering the void is hard
after everything said many may think "damn, the
void is really hard" but that's also not true. the void
is your natural state, how you're actually supposed
to be. powerful, happy, limitless and disconnected
from any 3d circumstances. but it can be very unusual
for you to leave the physical plane, that's totally fine.
i like to describe it with speaking a language. you
learned it, you are fluent but then you take a looong
break. it seems weird and difficult to talk again but
each day you get better and more confident with it.
but that doesn't mean, speaking it was hard in
first place.

How to get sleep paralysis to enter the void or just to experience sleep paralysis
A little story
Ever since I was young I've experienced sleep paralysis so I'm a master at ts it's honestly so easy to get but I was so shocked that not everyone experienced it in their lives it made me go why do they come after me lemme tell you how to get it babes in different ways this ain't for the weak I used to pray them away I'm an atheist now and I learned they were real yes real but they can't do anything to you at all yes you'll feel a scratch even at one point mines decided hey lets take her to hell they took me and the bed so i can say I've been to hell and back lol
1: when you're in the stage of drifting off in sleep think of something evil or bad scare yourself when it comes you will be put in sleep paralysis and won't be able to move during this the rest of your body is basically asleep but your mind is awake that's how I forced my sleep paralysis demons off of me and back where they came from my mind this a good time instead of telling them to leave you alone say take me to the void or just affirm you're there
2: watch a scary movie before bed and remember some of the parts that scared you remember it over and over so when you go off to sleep you'd attract sleep paralysis and do exactly as I said in paragraph 1 to get to the void
3: stress whether it's school or work if you have enough stress when you fall asleep you can attract sleep paralysis
4: anger I cussed a teacher' out one day at school went off on the principal went home and the sleep paralysis demon got me well deserved by the way
5: frequency listen to frequency to induce it before bed
6: watch a trippy effect crazy video might work lol before bed obviously
7: when you wake up at 3 am of course you're going to go to sleep but think it's your sleep paralysis demon waiting for you to sleep so when you go back they get you
8: think of the devil like I said I'm atheist but before that it was so bad to the point I couldn't stop repeating devil in my head I feared the devil so much and he brought my demons
9: African American folklore we have something called the witch (I'm from the south) i believed she was real she manifest in sleep paralysis and yes she rode my back like how my granny told me granny said not to be bad the witch will ride you and don't sing while laying down you can try to do this but you have to believe she real we also had something called gremlins similar to Mexican duendes
Do all of this when the sleep yawn hits hell even affirm I have sleep paralysis a demon is about to get me I call upon a sleep paralysis demon or some sht
Also keep your eyes closed Ian never seen a sleep paralysis demon cuz Ian opening my eyes they be up on the roof yes I hear them leave just letting y'all know this so you won't get scared
Do not attempt if you're afraid of sleep paralysis they don't run nun here but feeding off your fear
