Steam Engines: James (170 mph)

Diesel Engines: Agent 10 (115 mph)

Hybrids: Scotsman (135 mph)

Context/Lore:

Pretty much all of them were doing their own thing.

Luigi was obviously going through a level to save the princess (Mario was sick lol)

(Movie) Knuckles was training with Sonic and Tails in Green Hill.

And Duncan became a runaway (ofc he bloody did).

But then they were transported by some rift in the universe. Getting sucked in and thrown into the Dandy's World Universe, trapped.

(Duncan has Proteus' lamp to enable him to do extractions by making magical hands, even though he's pretty bad at it)

Luigi being a plumber makes sense his extraction speed and skill check is high lol, stealth is pretty good but speed isn't too good, however his ability helps him out a lot in sticky situations.

Duncan, The Distractor:

Duncan has horrible Skill check, stealth and extraction speed, but his extreme speed and stamina making up for it. Making him a pretty good distractor.

Knuckles, The... Stunner??:

(Movie) Knuckles isn't a distractor or an extractor, he's a full on stunner just like in Sonic.EXE: The Disaster, He doesn't run, he fights with his fists, that's why his abilities have such small yet suitable cooldowns for him

Small lil headcanon for Vee

Vee isn't actually a robotic tv, she's actually organic just like the other toons, her screen is literally just skin as well as the rest of her body, looks like metal but really it's flesh, heck she's warm to the touch and squishy just like a normal organic being, but she keeps this a secret from the others.

She actually loves food but tends not to eat for days and going starving, her twisted form will represent her greed for food once I draw her out :))
