typical harry travels to the marauders era au but every time severus sees harry, he mistakes him for james for the first few times, until harry manages to convince him that he's nothing like james. and then they end up being really good friends, so severus stops having a visibly negative reaction as soon as he sees harry.

until it's the one time it isn't harry. james potter enters the room to try and hex severus, but severus, because he's wearing goggles, doesn't notice the different eye colour and ends up grabbing his arm and making him sit through a yapping session while he brews something and james fawking falls in love with him.
