friendly reminder to any and all systems: you can introject anything -- abusers, friends you've been close to forever that bring you a sense of comfort, relatives in your family, fictional characters, comfort items, etc. and it doesn't make you any less of a system for any of these introjects. it's okay to not be happy with an introject (to an extent) based on their origin but keep in mind; this is their whole own person right now, they may not do or say the things you'd expect the actual person to say or they could be totally on point to the origin point.

Going crazy /pos over the fact that people can find solidarity even in the darkest circumstances. Just using sysblr as an example. Yeah it has its flaws… quite a few… but at the end of the day, we’re all survivors. We’re all folks (humans and nonhumans alike!) who have been deeply damaged. Hurt in ways most people can’t even imagine. But here we are!!! Together!!! Doing our best to support eachother. And yes, there are days and moments where it feels impossible. And nobody should be denied that. I’m definitely not saying this community is all wonderful or perfect at all. But at least, I think, nobody should be alone.

It’s always funny—no, pathetic—watching endogenic systems spit venom at traumagenic ones for “trusting psychiatry,” like that makes us obedient little pets licking a boot. Newsflash: I’m not loyal to doctors. I’m loyal to truth. And the truth is, you don’t get to claim a TRAUMA disorder without trauma. That’s not elitism. That’s definition.

You don’t get to cherry-pick clinical terms while simultaneously denying the disorder they come from. You don’t get to walk into trauma-centered spaces wearing a mask you made out of someone else’s suffering and call that resistance. That’s not defiance. That’s theft. And if you think disrespecting survivors is punk, then you’ve clearly never bled for anything in your life.

I’m not here to coddle delusions. I’m not here to clap while you cosplay pain you never lived. You want to feel special? Get a new hobby. Because this—this identity built from shattered memories and carved from years of surviving what should’ve killed us? It doesn’t belong to you.

Being punk means burning down systems that hurt people. Not stealing the scars of those they’ve already broken.
