Thanksgiving 3 Group Reading

So this reading is a little different from the usual 3 Group Readings I do. I went through each of my decks and let them say what they wanted to say, sometimes the decks didn’t have much/anything to say. Some will have a lot to say. If you are drawn to 2 different piles, there may be aspects of each reading that apply to you. Happy Thanksgiving!!

The Piles

It just so happened that there is a different oracle deck in each pile, but pick whichever pile or piles resonate with you. I did this reading on maybe how your Thanksgiving experience will go this year. Just remember, with so much family around, if you get frustrated or overstimulated, do not hesitate to remove yourself to calm down, regardless of your reading. Don’t overdo it for the sake of your mental and physical health and drink water!!

Group 1:

You got justice, the devil, queen of cups, the hanged man, eight of wands, Page of Wands, reversed, King of Wands, reversed, 5 of Pentacles, reversed, 6 of Swords, South Node, and Full Moon in Pisces. 

Right off the bat, looking at these cards, you may have a very smooth Thanksgiving ahead in terms of conflict. There’s a few things here and there, but it isn’t a catastrophic situation. The devil card shows that maybe there’s some kind of rift in a relationship of a family member, romantic or otherwise. It may cause a little issue tonight, but I think the best way to handle it is to listen and offer guidance if they want it. There seems to be a lot of feminine energy floating around, emotional integrity, intuition, etc. Find a balance and meditate tonight if you need to. The eight of wands says that something is about to happen, I’m not sure if it’s good or bad, but it’s suggested that you act swiftly to resolve matters so they don’t get out of hand. Maybe your’e celebrating out of town this year or you can’t make it back home or there’s a rift in your family; the King of Wands wants you to move forward. The past is the past, and the issues may still linger, but maybe extend an olive branch or take a minute to call your family. Put your emotions to the side, don’t let your past hold you back.

Group 2:

You got the universe, king of cups, seven of pentacles, prince of wands, queen of swords, five of wands, Strength, 8 of Cups, 10 of Swords, reversed, Ace of Swords, reversed, Balsamic Waning Water Moon, and Athene.

So there is a lot of energy coming through that you will have to be the mediator and the conflict resolution for this Thanksgiving. You may have to finish some arguments, even if you didn’t start them. This may be because you’re the most emotionally stable one there tonight. You may have a fear of failure for the night, but you just need to push through that fear, as hard as it is. You’ll need to go with the flow, it will be hard on you, but you’re strong enough to do so. If you think you can and you need to, remove yourself for 5 minutes and take a break. This stressful situation will pass and you will grow from this. 

Group 3:

You got seven of swords, the star, temperence, eight of swords, seven of pentacles, Knight of Cups, reversed, 8 of Pentacles, reversed, Page of Wands, reversed, Strength, reversed, 3 of Swords, and Seal.

This Thanksgiving may be hard, just a heads up. These cards depict the usual rough family time. Family asking you questions and prying, backhanded compliments, rudeness, etc. It may be difficult, and if you aren’t even-tempered, the thought of reacting to this calmly sounds impossible. Use the light and dark to your advantage. Take the opportunity to brag in your aunt’s face about your accomplishments, or talk about things you’re passionate about, if you want to. If you get asked a rough question, just redirect to make yourself look good. Don’t let the negativity get to you, emotional pain is on the horizon, judging by these cards, so make time to cry if you need it. But try to brush it off if you can.

3 Group Weekly Reading

How these will work is I will pull 1 card from each of my decks (although sometimes a deck may spit out 2-3 cards if they have something important to say, but usually it will be one card per deck!). There will be a group 1, 2, and 3, each with their own little object on the pile. You pick whichever pile or object that you are drawn to the most, and chances are that’s the reading intended for you! Enjoy! This week’s objects: EOS Chapstick

The 3 groups are: Purple, Red, and Blue. I don’t know the flavors so I’m going by colors lol. Pick whichever one you are drawn to and read that group’s cards! (Sometimes you can connect to 2 piles, this is fine, you may connect to certain aspects of both readings!)

Group 1: Purple EOS Chapstick

You got Full Moon in Aquarius, Full Moon, Crescent Waxing Earth Moon, Hippopotamus, 7 of Pentacles, reversed, and 10 of Swords.

So it seem as though you’ve been in your head a lot recently. You need to get out of your head and let life unfold! You may need to work a little harder to keep a cool head while life unfolds and progresses, but I promise, this week, it’s worth it! A turning point is ahead and you need to surrender to the universe and trust that it knows what it’s doing. You may be investing in something this week that you think will bear fruit, but only time will tell. You just have to trust your gut. It seems like a long term lack of clear vision and procrastination has been leading to an inability to get what you want and maybe a stuck feeling. This week you’ll need to unstick yourself and confide in your friends. Release negativity and let the universe take the wheel!

Group 2: Red EOS Chapstick

You got Cardinal Moon, Demeter, Humming Bird, 2 of Pentacles, The Chariot, and The Sun.

Lately it feels like you’ve been a little passive and maybe just going with the flow. This week you need to be bold and assertive to steer your life in the way you want it to go. Speak up for what you want, but be careful that you avoid recklessness or moving too quickly. Demeter showing up means that maybe you lost something or someone that was important to you, but it will return to you in time. Demeter also says that there may be someone this week that will take advantage of your vulnerability, so be careful who you confide in this week! Humming Bird says to turn away from infidelity so that love may blossom. This could mean a loved one cheated on you in some way. She wants you to move on from that energy and don’t give it the time of day. Move on to the next so you put your energy into something worthy of it. The tides are changing, you have some decisions to make! Seek balance and avoid pressure to rush into any of these decisions. You’re in control this week!

Group 3: Blue EOS Chapstick

You got New Moon in Sagittarius, Full Moon in Leo, Full Moon Fire, Raven, The Fool, reversed, Temperance, Princess of Wands, and 4 of Cups.

The last week or so you may have been feeling a little low, but the New Moon in Sagittarius comes in to let you know that that is going to turn around. There is a period of fun coming and luck is on your side! Explore your life metaphorically by bouncing ideas off friends and family, but don’t be narrow minded or let pride get in the way of your fun. You need to end a deadlock that may have developed, maybe with a creative project? Full Moon in Leo says this will be a successful project. But remember, self-esteem is good, but vanity isn’t. Don’t go too far this week to overthink matters, it is what it is, and nothing more. Listen to your intuition to receive a message, courtesy of Raven. This week, you need to take responsibility for your choices, good or bad. This week you may be willing to try new things and may also confront some inner obstacles. New possibilities are seen this week!

Week of 10/27

I apologize for a lack of posting last week. My 3 Group Reading got delayed due to internet issues, but shortly after posting about that last week, I got a 24 hour stomach flu and it took the remainder of the week to fully get over. 

This week’s reading may come late tonight, but that is because I bought a new deck that I connected with on Amazon. I will add it to my Deck list when it arrives and after I’ve interviewed the deck. I apologize again for no posts for the week or Halloween last week, but I will do something extra for Thanksgiving, I promise. This week’s post will be up either late tonight or tomorrow morning, depending on when my deck arrives.

Group 1: Geode Necklace

You got Ace of Cups, reversed, Waxing Crescent Moon, Full Moon in Capricorn, New Moon in Capricorn, 5, the Wheel, 14, the Sceptre, and Raven.

Right off the bat, I’m seeing a lot of Capricorn energy. This week will probably bring work related change. You need to keep working towards what you want and be patient as events unfold. This could mean a change in jobs, a promotion, or even a transfer of some kind. Whatever the situation it appears that you wish to rise above your current station. Have faith in your dreams and explore your insecurities this week. Maybe do some meditation and look into a new course of action or a new plan. Be ambitious this week. Maybe make a plan for the week? The New Moon in Capricorn card is usually a good omen for study, so this week would be a good time to study up for any classes or tests you may be taking. Effort is required for you to move forward. The Full Moon in Capricorn card suggests that maybe if you had been thinking about quitting a job for something new or something more worthy of your skill set, this week may be the best time. But, don’t do so without a plan! Listen to your intuition!

Group 2: Snake Quartz Necklace

You got The Sun, reversed, King of Wands, New Moon in Sagittarius, Full Moon in Taurus, Full Moon in Aquarius, 20, Precipice, 22, Wedding, and Cobra.

There is a lot of fire energy coming through, not only with the New Moon in Sagittarius card but also with the King of Wands. Whether you have fire placements in your birth chart or you are a fire sign, this week would be a good time to tap into it; but don’t be too prideful, either. You were born to lead, but don’t let it go to your head! Maybe lately you’ve been feeling a little low and have been acting in a way that people want you to, but maybe there’s a sudden burst of confidence and energy and breaking away from what people want. These cards are cautioning you, however, to not become too narrow-minded and in your own world. Your dreams need a plan and you have to find a balance between magical and practical. Get out of your own head and show the world the real you! You may be trying to make a decision this week and my have an urge to choose the reckless path despite wary advice, just be prepared for what that entails. Change is inevitable, but with it comes the chance to shed a burden!

Group 3: Rhinestone Choker

You got King of Swords, Ace of Swords, reversed, 6 of Wands, reversed, New Moon, New Moon in Cancer, Full Moon in Cancer, Crescent Waxing Fire Moon, and the Bee

At first glance, there seems to be a lot of Cancer energy with both the New Moon in Cancer and the Full Moon in Cancer, also paired with the New Moon! I’m seeing a new start to something maybe with family or maybe a situation is coming to an end and thus starting a new beginning. Maybe emotions will be high this week, but you will soon start to feel hopeful about getting what you want. Maybe there was a lot of negativity with family or loved ones lately and you were feeling discouraged, but this week may give you a bit of a boost. Poor planning maybe led to poor communication, but this stressful situation will pass. This week is a good time to practice some self care and maybe doing things or dressing in a way that boosts your confidence. Work on your insecurities a little because this challenge is coming to an end soon. This week is a good week to look inward and better yourself how you see fit!

Group 1: Clear Quartz

You got Black Moon Earth, Kali, Baboon, Void-of-Course Moon, and Knight of Swords, reversed.

If you picked this pile there is a possibility that you picked pile 2 last week, because the Void-of-Course Moon card has shown up again this week. This week is a good time to rethink financial matters. Be wary of making new investments or taking new risks. It is also a good week to cut back on expenses, store the money you would’ve used on clothes or books and save it. Stick to the plans you’ve made. Kali suggests to embrace a no mercy policy when it comes to financial plans. Cut back on any purchases that aren’t necessary. The baboon card is suggesting that there could be a communication issue of some kind, whether this is with family or friends or a partner applies to you, the interpreter. Don’t hide your emotions, the Void-of-Course moon and Kali are saying that no good can come of doing so. You may need to meditate and contemplate what you would like to say, but it needs to come out. The Knight of Swords, reversed, is telling you that there may be overconfidence causing chaos in your life. This week is a good time to check yourself and reevaluate your circumstances, as there is a slowing down of progress. 

Group 2: Amethyst

You got Full Moon Fire, Beaver, First Quarter Moon, Waxing Crescent Moon, Full Moon in Cancer, and the Knight of Wands.

I find it interesting that the Full Moon Fire card jumped out, because as of this drawing its an Aries full moon. This week will have a lot of Aries energy. This week there may be the successful completion of a creative project that you may have started. You will most likely receive the desired outcome of this project. Aries Full Moon will give you this confidence to impress others with your determination to win. You’re satisfied, sit back and relax. Beaver wants you to turn longing into reality. Challenges are coming, but the universe is testing you; face these challenges with confidence. Waxing Crescent Moon is urging you to commit to what you want, but you may need to put in just a little more effort. Don’t give up! Everything will be okay in the end, stay positive. The Full Moon in Cancer card suggests that there may be an explosion of feelings this week. You’ll need to be sensitive to others when it comes to facing the challenges I talked about earlier. Tap into your femininity this week, regardless of gender identity. This week is a good time to overcome any insecurities and resolve family conflicts. Knight of Wands says that you may be being controlled by your impulsive nature, leading to unfinished projects and business. This week you need to follow through and finish what you start. If you chose this pile, you may resonate with aspects of pile 3.

Group 3: Rose Quartz

You got 8, the Knight, 1, the Volcano, Ishtar, Scarab Beetle, Full Moon Eclipse, and Death, reversed.

Right off the bat, I know that there’s a stigma around the Death card. But receiving this card in a reading is not always a bad thing. I’m seeing a lot of water and fire energy, specifically Pisces, Cancer, and Aries. You may be one of these signs or know someone with sign, or even have these signs in your chart. Based on this reading, you may also relate to some aspects of the Group 2 reading. With the Knight card, it seems as though you may have some motherly energy this week. You’ll feel this protective nature for maybe a friend or family member. This is the cancer energy coming through this week. The Scarab Beetle takes the things that are expelled and tossed, dung, away and turns it into something it can use, the dung ball. This week it seems like a good time to be malleable and inspired to be artistically creative. You’ll need to be easy on yourself this week and get back on track as a situation reaches a peak. This situation in question seems to be out of your hands now. Change is inevitable and resistance is counterproductive this week. Take strong, positive action this week!

Group 1: Rose Quartz

You got North Node, 5 of Swords, Lilith, Waxing Moon, Bat, and 17, Sword.

I think that it’s interesting that I pulled the Waxing Moon for you guys because, where I am, it is currently Waxing Moon. This week it seems as though you are headed in the right direction. You may need to face your fears and do something you’re scared of, or maybe release some bad habits and doubts that you have. If you can compromise with yourself, more progress lies ahead. The Lilith card may represent that you have a negative image in the eyes of others, but you and your close friends and family know that this is not the case. Lilith also carries Scorpio energy, as does the Sword card. So whether you are a Scorpio or someone you know or may run into this week is a Scorpio, that energy will carry through this week. In that, there may be a feeling of seeking revenge for past wrongs. The Waxing Moon card is interpreted as a positive omen, the situation you’re thinking of during this reading is full of potential, but may need extra effort to really come to fruition. You need to seek a challenge worthy of your power, this week. You have the power to transcend failure and move into a limitless future, but don’t be discouraged if there is failure; with failure comes knowledge. You’ve got this!

Group 2: Selenite Heart

You got Void-of-Course Moon, 27, Guru, Fox, and The Empress, reversed.

With these cards that I’ve pulled, I would say to not be too quick to jump into anything romantically or sexually, this week. Don’t make too many big decisions, they have the chance to go sour. The Guru card holds a lot of Pisces energy, whether you are a Pisces, or you know someone who is a Pisces, you may feel a little wishy-washy this week. Almost like your head is in the clouds. You may desire to escape a difficult situation and/or withdraw from reality all together. The Empress card tells you to focus on yourself while you regroup this week. The Void-of-Course Moon card can be positive or negative, depending on how you interpret the card. It’s telling you that nothing will come of the situation in question this week. Or, it can mean that something you’re worried about this week isn’t worth worrying about. The Fox represents your sharpened senses that allow you to observe the actions of others. Take this week to focus on yourself and lay low. It’s a good week for self care and self love!

Group 3: Clear Quartz

You got, Third Quarter Moon, 6, Bridge, Hippopotamus, Octopus, Page of Wands, reversed, 3 of Wands, reversed, and 10 of Wands, reversed.

This week appears to hold a lot of Fire energy, just based on all the Wands cards. Whether you’re a fire sign or not (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius), you will be feeling fiery this week! There may be a lot of negativity to let go of this week. You need to be honest about whether or not there’s toxic emotions that you need to release, through journaling or talking to a loved one. Don’t turn your back on your loved ones, even if you feel overwhelmed, or feeling like there are setbacks, indecisiveness, impatience, or even aimlessness. Reevaluate the situation! The Third Quarter Moon card tells you that there could be something new and exciting around the corner, but the Bridge card is telling you to “build a bridge and get over it”. You need to get over this negative energy and reach a compromise with yourself. The Hippopotamus card says that friends stand close to shield you from life’s adversities. Nourish those around you and be nourished in return. What goes around, comes around. The root of your situation could be a life imbalance of some kind. The Octopus card urges you to chase after what you want. Travel to the ends of the earth to embrace what you want this week. Don’t wait for fate, go get it! You may be avoiding confrontation, lately, but you may need to face it head on and ask for more space if you need it. Go get what you’re wanting!

Group 1 - Moonstone Ring

You got Last Quarter Waning Water Moon (Fall, Manipulation), Cobra, The Star, reversed, 10 of Wands, and Queen of Pentacles.

There may have been projects started with this sense of drive and motivation but this week it may feel tough to continue. Something is weighing you down. You may feel as though this work is going unappreciated, or like there is something in your way. The Cobra card says that you may have to shed your skin to overcome a recent burden. The Star reversed says that anything in your way can be maneuvered or knocked out of the way. You may have mixed emotions this week due to a recent emotional situation, which may be the burden I was talking about. You need to explore this situation and maybe shed your skin, so to speak, before you can move forward. Consider your fundamental needs this week and beware burnout! Pushing too hard can lead to sloppy work, especially with this emotional burden. You have gotten so much of what you were striving for, give yourself a break to regain that drive!

Group 2 - Skeleton Hand Ring

You got The Mask, Hare, The Sun, 10 of Pentacles, reversed, and 5 of Swords, reversed.

The Mask card immediately tells me that someone is lying about or hiding something. whether its you or someone else, its something that should be known. either way, there will be a revelation, the mask will fall. The Hare card urges you to drop any worries that tether you to the present or tie you to the past. you need to cleanse and lighten your mind through meditation or telling your worries and burdens to someone else. Once you have lightened the load on your mind, you can avoid disaster and seize opportunity. The Sun card shows a perfect optimism. The sunflowers represent joy on the horizon in terms of creativity, possibility, and power. This card is also linked to Leo, so that could be either a Leo that you know, or you’re a Leo, or you even have some Leo somewhere in your birth chart. Both the 10 of Pentacles and the 5 of Swords are reversed, and they seem to go hand in hand. They both are urging you to not let disagreements over this joy and success on the horizon this week interfere with family relationships. There could possibly be some communication problem weighing on a particular relationship. Which could tie into the Mask and Hare card from earlier. It is important to honorably act on self-interest, but beware isolation when doing so. It isn’t too late to mix up your priorities. It is important this week to air your dirty laundry, so to speak. Get things off your chest and come to a compromise. Forgive and forget!

Group 3 - Scorpion Necklace

You got The Sceptre, Spider, The Emperor, 3 of Wands, reversed, and 7 of Swords.

The Sceptre card says that you desire to rise above your station this week, craving recognition and respect in a traditional sense. Wishing to be viewed as a pillar in the community. But you must employ a significant amount of good planning and forethought. But beware, the 3 of Wands reversed and the 7 of Swords urges you to make sure you aren’t being impractical. The 7 of Swords represents theft, deceit, and betrayal. Maybe a business partner or an unrealistic expectation? Be on your guard when people are trying to get information out of you. You may have, in the past, tried to achieve a goal or aspiration, but your efforts were tinged with bad luck, and something went wrong. The 7 of Swords warned that when you do something you know you shouldn’t, something will go wrong. Going behind people’s backs has its consequences. But, nothing is impossible, it is time to expand your horizons! The Spider card wants you to travel to a place you haven’t seen before. Whether its a small day trip or a bigger trip, the Emperor card says, “the cone only prevents cats from biting themselves. Everyone else is fair game.” Take wisdom from what you cannot see, and use your power responsibly and truthfully.
