a; what was that?

w; ah, nothing, just a routine drill.

a; during a live transmission?

w; I'll show you to your room, and we'll send for you when we need for you, sometime tomorrow morning.

a; It's only 8pm, what do you expect me to do until then? And what I just heard back the-

w; Look, I'm going to level with you, I'm only an intern here. I don't have all the answers, and even if I did I wouldn't be authorized to tell you I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding food or lodging but I can't disclose anything else at this time. here's your key card. It will open anywhere you're allowed to be at the time you're allowed to be there. Your Room is here, Room 309, It is equiped with one bed, one bathroom with sink and shower, an air conditioning unit and a televison set connected to our local network of programs in case you should get restless. A late night dinner will be delivered through the door slot in an hour or so, if you have any allergies please write a lettter detailing them or any special preparation instructions you require and place it through said door slot atleast 30 minutes before your meal is set to be prepared and we will do our best to accomodate you.

a; It's a goddamned radio station not a military base, this is no way to treat a guest musician.

w; I've heard your stuff, it's mediocre at best, and I wouldn't go around using that term seriously,

a; Musician?

*swings playing over sound of van driving/environment sounds*

i; that was swings by the now defunct band, "in amber" we have a special treat today, former vocalist Aloe

i;[joking tone] is that your full name?

or is it just one word, like madonna.... or beck... bjork maybe?

a; uh. no no, it's just alejandro, the whole aloe thing was just a nickname that stuck

i; alright "just alejandro" so... how was your trip?

a; not terrible, I heard you guys were eccentric, but uh, was the sack over my head completely necessary?

i; well, you know what they say "for a ship with no destination, no wind is favorable"

a; what does tha... [interviewer interrupts]   ,

i; so tell me about your new project "teething"

a; well, it's a collection of songs i've kind of pushed aside throughout the years, and i thought it'd be fitting to release them. It just seemed like the right time. It's honestly more of an attempt to be apparent and accepting my mistakes. Hopefully putting the manifestations out there can help me move forward.

i; would you mind playing us something off the album?

a; I'd love to, alright this is a slower song called Null

*The signal is interrupted by a screech*

[man rushes in] "we got a situation!"

i; that seems like all the time we have today, you'll have to excuse me
