ā€¢ Frozen Peas ,Carrots, Broccoli (green onions if you want )
ā€¢ 1 cup white rice
ā€¢ 2 eggs scrambled
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
ā€¢ Sun-Bird seasoning packet ( if not available use 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger and 1/2 teaspoon garlic )
ā€¢ 2 tablespoons oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Start your rice first (I use my rice cooker) 1 cup of rice and 2 cups water.
2. While your rice is cooking, dice your raw chicken up into small cubes. After that cook the chicken and frozen vegetables.
3. After everything is cooked through put it all in a bowl off to the side. You can add about a teaspoon of oil to the hot pan before you scramble your 2 eggs.
4. When done cooking the egg, put it on top of chicken and vegetables. Rice should be done by now.
5. Add your 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and make sure itā€™s pretty hot. Add your cooked rice, you are now frying it. After about 2-3minutes of frying the rice add all the other stuff and mix together.
6. Lastly add your soy sauce and the seasoning packet. Your done šŸššŸ¤—

ā€¢Ingredientsā€¢
*condensed chicken soup (whatever size you want)
*milk
*can of biscuits (you only need 4)
*chicken (how much chicken do you want?)
*frozen peas&carrots (eyeball it)
*salt&pepper (to taste)
~Directions~
1. Take your soup dump it into the pot from the can. Take the empty soup can fill it half way with milk and half with water. Add the salt, pepper, peas, carrots, and chicken. Mix it all together.
2. I let it simmer on a low heat so it can cook the chicken. It can cook on low for about 45-50 minutes. After itā€™s done you can leave the chicken chunked or shred it.
3. When the soup is almost done at about the 35 minute mark start another pot of boiling water. Take your four dumplings and cut it into 8ths. When the water is boiling put 4-5 pieces in. They will puff up when they are done. I strain the dumplings out and add them to the soup.
