I have years worth of self publishing experience which includes writing, crowdfunding, editing, and producing physical books, zines, and comics. I write weird fiction that slams multiple genres together, such as drama, horror, science fiction, dark fantasy, and erotica. My mission has been and always will be to tell the stories of the underrepresented people and histories of the world.

i can draw:

- humans, humanoids (elves, orcs, gnomes, and similar races)

- medieval/fantasy, modern outfits

- weapons, magics (not glocks tho)

- artistic nudity (can be more sexual but it cost extra)

- small familiars like rodents, birds, small reptiles, dragons, bugs and other fantasy little creatures as long as there is a refference

- very simple background but it also costs extra

some things i dont feel too comfortable drawing (but you can still ask if i can do this)

- slight gore, or minor wounds (e.g. from battle but not s*lf harm!)

- fantasy furry - khajiit/tabaxi, aarakocra, mostly human but with animal features

- kids and toddlers (ofc nothing sexual! a big no no!)

- full plate armor - it might be a bit wacky

- based on irl photos - you want realistic portrait? find an artist specializing in it! i can do my best to transfer it in my style but thats it

Twitter/X's new TOS goes into effect tomorrow on November 15th, 2024.

The new TOS includes permissions for the website to use your posts on the platform to train their AI, and any future technology that may need training.

I've seen some things saying your art isn't any safer on Bluesky because at least on Twitter you have to be logged in to browse the website.

Having art stolen on the Internet is nothing new. People have been reposting without credit since the Internet began, and it will never stop.

The best possible thing you can do for your art (in my opinion) is put clear, legible credit to you included on your images. Watermarks can be good too, but they can be hard to read and people may ignore them anyways and not read the credited name.

Put your @ somewhere on the image, anywhere. Make it part of the art. Better yet, get a website/linktree.

AI is everywhere, reposters are everywhere, but people who care about art are also everywhere. Make it easy for them to find you.

Late night art thoughts.

If u feel like your art suffers from same-face syndrome, there are two areas that will mostly fix it: nose and jaw. Start with those. Do different shapes than you normally do. This applies to all art styles, from cartoony/anime to more realistic.

Hey, y'all! As some of you know, I've launched a new Kickstarter project with my friends Shaun Cochran and Aaron Segman for a sticker sheet featuring MTV's favorite feminist icon, Daria Morgendorffer! The concept came from the end of eacwh episode of Daria, which featured an "Alter Ego" of the characters dressed as figures from pop culture and history. This project is a spiritual continuation of that end credits gag by featuring new Alter Egos, and Shaun really brought them to life with his art! If you can share this around, please do!
