Meet Taylor! Taylor is a bellhop working in her late parent’s hotel, wanting desperately to prove herself worthy of being the new owner to her Father’s business partner. She handles the management, finances, maintenance and cleaning of the hotel, all while being the face of it. WHEW! Lots of work. But she knows she can’t quit. Her parents left this place to her, and one day she’ll follow in their footsteps.

Meet Socks! Socks spends most of his time lurking in The Timber, it feels like home to him. He’s outgoing but careful, always going out of his way to explore new areas of their home. His favorite thing to do is gather the trash and broken glass and make lampshades and hats for his partner Moth Spawn. He hates his feet, which… he is all to aware of how odd that is for a Bigfoot.

Meet Skylar! Skylar is the oldest of the group, feeling a sort of responsibility for the younger cryptids and creatures. They spend more time with Mother than all the other creatures, wanting to gather her wisdom. Their favorite thing to do is write and tell stories to the younger cryptids.

Hey y'all! I'm Genesis, and I'm a self taught 2D animator/digital artist and aspiring cartoon creator! I use he/they pronouns and love both creepy and silly stories!

I'm currently working on my animation skills and writing the outline of what might eventually become an adult animated horror-comedy I'm calling The Everything Manual, which follows a group of young cryptids and creatures who find themselves seeking refuge in the liminal spaces between the walls of a spooky hotel, and a bellhop who accidentally stumbles into their world after discovering a mysterious book titled

"The Everything Manual"

Meet Moth Spawn! This little sweetheart found her way into the hotel after she was left behind by her swarm due to her bright colors not blending into the environment. She’s timid but kind, spending a lot of her time looking at lamps and her pet firefly “lamp”. Their favorite thing in the whole world is glass lampshades which her Partner, Socks, makes for her out of broken bottles he finds in the labyrinth level of the liminal spaces. They have a low social battery and sometimes have to disappear… luckily for Moth Spawn the Labyrinth’s yellow walls, bright lights, and buzzing atmosphere allow her to find a few moments of peace when they need to escape.

Meet Stephanie Galaxy! A young peppy magical girl with laser fingers and a love of bouncy pop music, pizza, and many other things earth has to offer. Stephanie is the first of the cryptids and creatures to manifest in the lininal spaces they call home, as well as the youngest of the group… but there’s something about her no one knows… the asteroid that destroyed their home planet and forced her to seek refuge on earth… was partially her fault… she was so frozen with fear that she didn’t even try to blow up the coming space rock… she will never forgive herself for the demise of her home, family, and people… now lost, with only her memory to keep them alive…
