Made an offering for Persephone and thought "oh let's add whatever seeds I got here". It was all good until I added chia seeds (bc I got some at home and well, use what you have) and then felt the energy shift. Mad, not liking it at all. I was wondering what I did wrong.
Researched it. Chia is a salvia seed, a member of the mint family. Mint. For Persephone.
This makes me wonder bc a lot of basic herbs are from this family, like rosemary, basil, and thyme. Does anyone who worship her also offer her those?
Feels strange. Not sure if this is the reason, but could be.

I think I get now why sunrises are so magical. I just felt really grateful that a new day started, it's like life is giving me a second chance. And knowing that it will rise again after today is the best feeling ever, because I'll probably get a third, a fourth, and so on.
Like, the sun is the kindest being. Thank you, sun, for new days and many second chances.

EDIT: Mercury is stationed direct on Jan 1st, 2024. The source I used which stated it was in retrograde until the 18th had a typo.
EDIT: Fixed the zodiac signs for the full moons using a new source.

What does “spoonie” in ur bio mean or refer to? I just found your blog and would like to know :)
'Spoonie' is a term for people with some kind(s) of (mental or physical) disabilities, because figurative "spoons" are a way to measure our available energy.
Ex: I have 2 spoons today (meaning there's a bit of energy today) or I have no spoons today at all (totally mentally and/or physically drained, prob going to spend the day in bed recovering).
Spoonies are disabled people who cannot work through daily tasks and/or formal jobs like non-disabled people do. It grew as an online community to help each other understand daily energy levels and be a safe place for each other.
Although I greatly recovered from depression (yay!!!), I used to spend most of my time in bed/home due to it, and having a job was a tricky mission. Some PTSD trauma is still getting in the way of daily tasks, but I probably will take that out of my bio soon, even if I spent most of my life with debilitating depression, it feels like I don't need to measure my energy anymore. Feels great to be healthier now :)
