The Conclave fandom on Twitter appears to be in a crisis of tone (and whether its appropriate to be posting priest yaoi rn) and it's the most entertaining thing I've seen in fandom this year

Went to go tag that last post as #tos #tos rewatch, but out of habit from tagging #[fandom] #[fandom [other word]] I almost tagged it #tos spoilers. Gotta make sure I don't spoil the nearly 60 year old episode

A lot of trans rhetoric is based in the idea that there is some innateness to the self and gender is inborn which. I feel like should be the opposite of our primary arguing point. If you were to ask me about it for once

A guy who ran a larp I went to as a teenager compared me to the columbine guys and then recommended I read the urantia book. He brought that book up a lot, what is it even about?
The Urantia Book is a channeled text written between 1925 and 1955 by a husband and wife pair of William and Sadie Sadler. It is sort of an alternative Bible, featuring a new mythology and a complicated cosmology. It is very reminiscent of the mythology of the theosophical society, and features things like color-coded "spiritual races" of humanity. It's just as racist as that sounds.
Notably, the guy who started the Celestial Seasonings tea company also started a high control group cult based around the Urantia Book. (The company doesn't have anything to do with it these days.)
I have a copy of the Urantia in my collection. They were oddly popular during the very beginning of the new age. Apparent Bob Dylan said that Jimi Hendrix sometimes carried a Urantia.

Honestly, what Trump needs to do is go get himself a bigger, flashier, even more aggressive cancer to show Biden up.

There once was a wizard of amber
And for attention he did always clamber
He went to the best bars
And cast spells on nice cars
But he’s unpopular cause he always just panders
