Welcome to my blog!

Hi guys! My name is Nick Brewer, I am a student athlete at Post University located in Waterbury, Connecticut! I am actually from Traverse City, Michigan, and that is currently where I reside when I’m not at school. I am on the men’s ice hockey team at Post, and I am a sophomore in this crazy school year. I am majoring in communications and media studies with career hopes of being something along the lines of a sports journalist/reporter or even something to do with sports teams social media! This blog is intended for my sports journalism class at Post, but I have been thinking of some ideas of what to share on my blog. Somethings include game-day rituals; basically just showing a little bit of what it’s like being a student athlete at Post, and what goes into being a hockey player; diet, workout, fitness, ice time, etc. Just things like that because I have always found it so interesting seeing what other players do on game days or just what student athletes are doing at other schools!
