I ended up drawing my personal favorite cat in the CedarClan saga, Faithspore! comes onscreen and immediately commits murder... it doesn't get better than that.

TALES FROM THE TREES: CEDARCLAN

Most of CedarClan territory lies between pools of murky water criss-crossed by what they call the dry paths, twoleg bridges built over the swamp. Though the twolegs never leave the paths, their closeness has given the Clan something of a reputation for flirting with danger, and dogs are not an uncommon sight in the swamp. The camp itself is built into higher ground, nestled the roots of a massive white cedar. 

CedarClan cats are known for being agile, cunning, and brutal. The latter of these traits is in large part due to their former leader, Patchoulistar, who left a wake of devastation that divided the Clan in two. Still recovering from the warpath, CedarClan is now led by the young Alderstar.

NOTE: This series of Clangen stories is rolled several moons in advance, but not deeply planned out. Some plot threads may seem to drag on, or develop in convoluted ways, and the series lacks the polish of a story planned out heavily in advance. However, the whole story is much more polished than the Sanctuary series, and of the two CedarClan is more pre-planned.

CedarClan is currently drafted to Moon 10, and rolled five extra moons in advance. Because the roster contains heavy spoilers for the fate of certain characters, there is not currently a census being upkept at this time.

been working on it again so...

This would be all of the content I've written for TempestClan, which has some collaborative elements but can be understood independently. Story elements not only occur due to patrol RNG, but also due to a prompt/RPG-style system developed by my friend @the-creeping-city. It follows (my interpretation of) Warriors lore, like Rogue Landing does.

My written Clangens tend to have a larger cast (as in, normal Clangen numbers), which I think might appeal to anyone who enjoys more character writing. This wouldn't replace the comic, it would just be additional content beside it.

I think it's safe to say that the new comic release schedule is going to be "as completed." Still just on Fridays at the same time, but not necessarily week after week.

If you want to support Clangen comics I think the best things you can do are 1) reblog from them and 2) check Clangen tags!!

I think a lot of people only discover comics through reblogs, so a lot of comics end up losing a lot of potential viewership because they get very few reblogs and don't have many eyes checking all the tags they've used.

The comic is going to be taking another little break from posting— hopefully just one week, but it may end up being two or more. In all honesty, I've been having a hard time getting any pages done lately and am trying to get back on track.

I will still be active in this time, and will have some content to share in between page releases!
