Answering community questions - “if you had to do one exercise or one type of exercise for the rest of your life, what would it be?” To answer that question right now, I feel like I WOULD WALK. Ladies, I cannot say this enough, walking is absolutely fantastic for you in so many ways, and its so easy! Its low impact, you can still sweat and its something you can do with friends, pets or just to clear your mind. If you are walking and want to try and set the pace on a treadmill, I personally walk at 5.0 - 6.4. kmph (3.1-4mph) and usually flat with no incline! www.kaylaitsines.com/app

16.11.2017 IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!! I’ve already cried at a message my mum sent me, and I’m feeling very emotional (despite it only being like 10am), but I’m very happy today😊
I made this yummy breakfast, and a packed lunch to have between classes later today!
Breakfast: 80g frozen red berries, 2 peach halves, 1 banana, 1 kiwi all smoothied up (only put a bit of banana and kiwi in the smoothie, the rest on top), topped with gf RUDE health puffed oats and 1dsp maple peanut butter!
Lunch: 50g gf pasta, 50g chickpeas, 95g chicken cooked in cayenne pepper, paprika and chili powder, 20g spinach and some cherry tomatoes. I’ve also got cucumber sticks and hummus to have as a snack!
My boyfriend is coming later today and I’m planning on cooking duct breasts with sweet potato, asparagus and an apple sauce!
