Quick question, I went onto your account on AO3 and it says you don't have any works, only bookmarks. I wanted to make sure that it was true because I wanted to read the fic about de aged England and France with America had to fix it again.

Ah. An AI ate a large chunk of works on AO3 a little bit ago, and mine were within the pool of works that got eaten. Since that happened, I decided to make my works only visible to archive users. This was a measure for extra safety because I am trying to be more careful. If you do not see my works, it is probably because you are not logged into your account. Bad news: my works are likely harder to find now. Good news: if you log into an account, you should be able to see all my works as they previously were on my profile.

I plan to return things to normal once a better solution against AI theft is developed.

I actually do feel like the "unemployed friend on a Tuesday" meme actually helps de-stigmatize unemployment because it frequently affirms that when you don't have a job you're more likely to be getting up to some weird shit rather than just lazing around. But I also feel like the unemployed friend is frequently up to some random shit because there's a whole pile of miscellaneous life tasks that full-time employment keeps people from. The unemployed friend is helping their cousin move, or babysitting, or checking in with a neighbor with mobility issues. The unemployed friend is a walking thesis on the inflexibility of our current labor landscape and just how much work exists outside of work.
