the frigid North.
In this wintry-wonderland, if you go searching for Santa, you may not find him or his Elvin factory – but you will find groups of indigenous people native to what we know as Siberia. Among these cultures are the northern Tungusic people, known as the Evenki. The Evenki were predominantly hunter-gatherers as well as reindeer herders. Their survival depended largely upon the health and vitality of their domesticated reindeer. The reindeer provided the Evenki and other northern tribes with everything from clothing, housing material, wares and tools from the bones and antlers, transportation (yes, they ride reindeer!), milk, as well as cultural and religious inspiration.
The Evenki were also a shamanic culture. The word “shaman” actually
has its roots
in the Tungus word saman which means “one who knows or knows the spirits.” Many of the classic shamanic characteristics that would later be reflected in cultures all over the world were originally documented by Russian and European explorers while observing the Tungus and related people’s religious life. This includes the three-world system, the shamanic journey or soul flight, the use of altered states of consciousness, animistic belief in spirit, and so forth.
A significant aspect of the shamanism practiced in this part of the world during that time was linked to Amanita muscaria, also known as the Fly Agaric mushroom. This mushroom is more widely accepted in the modern world as the Alice in Wonderland mushroom. It was held very sacred by these ancient people, and was used by the shaman and others for ceremonial and spiritual purposes. Amanitas – as you can tell by the pictures – range from brightly red and white to golden orange and yellow. They only grow beneath certain types of evergreen trees. They form a symbiotic relationship with the roots of the tree, the exchange of which allows them to grow. One of the reported ancient beliefs was that the mushroom was actually the fruit of the tree. Due to the lack of seed, it is also commonly held that Fly Agaric was divine – a kind of virginally birthed sacred plant.
Although intensely psychoactive, Amanitas are also toxic. One way to reduce the toxicity and increase the psychoactive potency was to simply dry them. When out collecting the mushrooms, people would pick a bunch of them under the evergreen trees and lay them out along the branches while continuing to pick the mushrooms beneath other trees. The result was something that looked very reminiscent of a modern Christmas tree: evergreen trees whose branches are dotted with bright red, roundish “decorations” – in this case the sacred mushrooms. At the end of the session, the shaman or harvester would go around to each of their mushroom stashes and put them all in one large sack… a large sack?!! Remind you of anything?! Not only this, as the story of the tradition goes, the shaman would then, carrying this large sack, visit the homes of his or her people and deliver the mushrooms to them. They would then continue the drying process by hanging them in a sock, near the fire!
Another way to reduce the toxicity of the sacred mushrooms is through human filtration. Once passed through the body, the toxic elements are apparently filtered by the liver and the resultant urine that comes out contains the still intact psychoactive elements. So they drank the filtered urine. But that’s only half the story. Somewhere in the mythic origins of this practice is the reindeer. Because the reindeer also love these mushrooms. They dig through the snow to eat them, and they also drink their own urine afterwards. So perhaps, long ago, one of the first shamans witnessed the reindeer’s love affair with this peculiar mushroom – as well as its propensity for eating its own freshly yellowed-snow – and saw how peculiarly it behaved as the romance heated up. The curiosity (indeed a hallmark characteristic of a shaman) couldn’t be contained, and the shaman did what he had to do: he first ate some of the yellow snow himself… and without a doubt realized the profound wisdom and magic not only in the mushroom, but in the reindeer. And so this romance, too, began…
However it may have happened in antiquity, the connection between the reindeer, the mushroom and the shamanism is apparent. A very common vision that one has while under the influence of Fly Agaric is precisely that: flying. Massive distortions of time and space occur, affecting scale in dramatic ways. Not only do you observe yourself flying, but also other things… like reindeer. It is not that difficult to connect the dots here. Shamanic people are deeply invested in their environment. They learn the magical and mystical properties of the natural world, and often assign a great deal of importance and sacredness to the bearers of that magic. For some of these ancient Siberian people, this power was charioted by the reindeer and the sacred mushroom. That the reindeer should have the ability to fly is evident not only in the vision, or their clearly altered state once intoxicated, but also in the wisdom they offered to the shamans by eating the mushroom in the first place, and for guiding them to do so just the same.
It wasn’t only the reindeer who could fly, but the shamans also took flight. As mentioned, the shamanic journey or soul flight is a keystone in shamanic practice and especially so in ancient Siberian culture. In order to interact with the spirits, the shaman had to be able to leave this world and enter theirs. This was accomplished by projecting his or her spirit from the physical and into the immaterial. They either needed the power to do this on their own, or use a spirit helper to take them. It is very common for shamans to develop relationships with birds, naturally, as they have the power to fly. But here, in the North Pole, what better animal to use than the magical, flying reindeer?

The Self is the creator of dreams, the organizer of projections, and the basis of every human being’s drive to develop to his/her highest potential. The locus of identity, or current self-image, is what we may call the waking ego. The waking ego represents all the complexes that form the content of the personal sphere of the psyche. All of us have numerous complexes, or sets of conditioned responses to the world. These complexes often center around powerful experiences such as mother, father, competition, authority, the hero, etc. The waking ego is generally aware of all these complexes, although not necessarily in control of all of them

he framework of hypnotherapy provides a very useful vehicle for accessing the altered state necessary as catalyst to receptivity to the unconscious imagery. Clinical reports show that the most common problem in depth psychological work is blocked imagery. one of the distinct advantages of hypnosis as a catalyst for active imagination or dream work is the dual focus that is generated on both physical sensation and psychical mentation. Direct access to both ends of the spectrum of the unconscious yields content from preverbal and pre-conscious levels, transpersonal and psychospiritual experiences. This can, for many people, “prime the pump” of the flow of imagery and unconscious material.

- Dreams are a way of communications and familiarizing ones' self with the unconscious. They are not attempts to conceal true feelings of your waking mind, but a window to the unconscious.

Dirga Pranayama (Three-part Breathing Meditation)

ABOUT DIRGA PRANAYAMA
In a Yoga practice, all breathing meditations are called “Pranayama” and the three-part breath is called “Dirga Pranayama.” Since the breath is the physiological life-giver, “prana” is an applicable term as the Sanskrit word means “life force energy.” The breath sustains both our physical bodies and spiritual energy, making it the most generally applicable type of meditation practice.
Breathing is easy to focus on, since it is just complex enough to keep your mind silent (for the most part!), but not too difficult to pick up after just a single minute of practice. It’s a great starting point when working towards more in-depth meditations like visualization, forming intentions, intuitive work, and energy healing.
The recommended time to spend on this meditation is a minimum of 3 minutes, but it can increase to over 30 if that feels right for you! Set a timer if you want to not worry about the time and start small if you’re new to a meditation practice. Three minutes is powerful.
HOW TO DO THIS MEDITATION:
Since this meditation can be done anywhere, slight adjustments to the meditation can be made. The meditation itself begins after step two, but the first two steps are some good preparatory suggestions that may benefit you. Throughout this, make sure you won’t be disturbed by people, phones, or alarms and give yourself ample time after this meditation (10-30 minutes) before attempting complex tasks like driving.
Get into comfortable clothes, then find a comfortable position. Usually sitting upright or laying down on your back is ideal for this. Make sure to have good posture if you’re sitting, since you want an open chest and a straight spine. (This is also a great meditation for forming better posture—pull those shoulders back!). With laying positions, you still want open shoulders and a straight spine, so a pillow under the knees may help.
Close your eyes or, if you prefer them open, focus on something appealing and not distracting. I’d suggest looking at something still while learning this meditation, rather than a moving object like a tree branch or candle flame. Keeping your eyes open is pretty typical while performing Dirga Pranayama in public.
Begin to focus your attention on your breath, not seeking to change anything, but instead just meeting your natural breathing cycle for the first time. Become acquainted to how you naturally breathe, feel the pleasant rise and fall of your chest, marvel at how your body sustains your life through this simple repeated action.
Optionally, you can place your hands on your abdomen and chest: the right hand on the lower abdomen and the left near the heart center. Some people feel this connects them better to their breath, while others feel it distracts them from the meditation.
With or without hands on your torso, feel the rise and fall of your chest and the sensation of air moving through your nose and throat. Try to pay attention to the whole action, rather than just one part of the process of breathing.
Begin to control your breath, inhaling and focusing on the air filling your chest all the way down to your lower abdomen.
Exhale and pull your abdominal muscles in towards your spine, fully expelling all air.
Repeat this at least five times, then inhale and focus on the air filling your lower abdomen as well as your rib cage. Visualize those intercostal muscles stretching and expanding!
Exhale and release from both parts, abdomen and then ribs. Continue this two part breath for at least five cycles.
To begin the full three-part breath, inhale to fill the abdomen, ribs, and then the collarbones. With this step, don’t lift the shoulders, but instead feel the collarbones push out (similar to the movement in the ribs). Your collarbones don’t have to move more than a millimeter for this to be successful, it’s the intention that carries the breath there.
Exhale from all three areas: abdomen, ribs, and finally the collarbones.
Now continue the three part breath as long as it serves you! Eventually, you should feel it become a more smooth and continuous motion, but don’t expect this within the first few minutes or even the first week of practicing this.
You can read about the benefits, challenges, and other information here! For weekly meditations, you can also subscribe to the blog. :) (I’d be honored if you support the beginnings of the blog and business!)

The Big Picture
There is a realm directly integrated within our own reality, with many dimensions that can only be seen past the visible spectrum of light. We live in the land of polarities, most of us live our lives with an unconscious mind of duality and egotistical desires. You have had many lifetimes here before but you do not remember. This world is a reflection of ourselves by our own thoughts and actions and yet we ask ourselves “If there is a God than why is there so much death and hatred in the world, how can this be?” The truth of the matter is that this is not a world created by God for you, this is a world created through your expanded consciousness and creative ideas. But you see there is a God. However, “it” is not a person, it is a benevolent force that invigorates life and resides in accordance with love. This vibratory state can be embraced by any human that is open to it. For this frequency does not judge, regardless of action or appearance of an individual, group, or race. We believe in going within to forgive others and reflect on ourselves. For you cannot effectively work throughout the world in a positive way without working on yourself first. You create your own fears which in fact can create your own hell. It is essential to break these preconditioned ideas that have programmed you from birth. Just like in religion, you are told that there are only two paths to choose from: Heaven or Hell, and your destination is based on a belief of accepting Jesus as your lord and savior. However, through extensive research and channeled observation, we can conclude that this being that you know as Jesus was a normal human being, meaning that he had a normal birth from two parents, traveled many places, married, and had kids. However he had undergone a lifetime that would challenge and lead him to enlightenment in his ascension process, and that everyone can reach this state of consciousness as well. To understand more about his actual life and his real teachings aside from the Roman Catholic Church who altered, fabricated, and removed them from the bible for political self interests and control over the masses, we encourage that you read “Jesus My Autobiography” By: Tina Louise Spalding. In this book you will learn how Tina gained this connection to channel Jesus and tell the story of what his actual mission was. We encourage everyone to build a connection, raise your vibration, and embrace love. You can interact with other beings that are non physical. We are not the only beings here in this ever expanding universe physically and metaphysically. We are all equal and we are all one. No one is greater or lesser than you are, some beings are just further along their spiritual path. But again, we all have the potential to reach this state of bliss and freedom of mind, for that will be your “salvation”. The body is not who you truly are, and most fear death because they have fed into this preconditioned fear that it will be painful and not know where they will go. The mind is more powerful that you could ever imagine. You have the power to leave your body at will at any point you would like to, you do not have to wait to die of old age. You think that the other side is a place that can only be experienced at death however you experience this world every night through your dreams and out of body experiences. Through sleep and meditation, you can experience the astral plane and leave your body to experience and travel wherever you would like to go. Your emotions often affect how your dreams will go, the same principle applies to crossing over. Your vibration will affect how your after life will be like. If you embrace love, care for one another, remain happy, and understand that you can create your world into any way you wish to live in, then you are in accord with love, and your crossing over will be that of which many call heaven. Ultimately your state of mind will reach higher levels of consciousness with likeminded beings. But if you are in the ego, filled with hatred, or sad and depressed, then your crossing over can lead to an outcome of a hell like state, leaving you to reincarnate and deal with the bad karma you had in this life and your past lives as well. You have been given everything you need and we wish that you listen to your emotional guidance system. It will lead you on the path of God mind and an abundant life.

They say that life is an accident, driven by sexual desire, that the universe has no moral order, no truth, no God. Driven by insatiable lusts, drunk on the arrogance of power, hypocritical, deluded, their actions foul with self-seeking, tormented by a vast anxiety that continues until their death, convinced that the gratification of desire is life's sole aim, bound by a hundred shackles of hope, enslaved by their greed, they squander their time dishonestly piling up mountains of wealth. "Today I got this desire, and tomorrow I will get that one; all these riches are mine, and soon I will have even more. Already I have killed these enemies, and soon I will kill the rest. I am the lord, the enjoyer, successful, happy, and strong, noble, and rich, and famous. Who on earth is my equal?
